Set in the Pollensa countryside, Villa Casa Margarita (formerly known as Villa Mestre) is ideally located just a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Pollensa Old Town. Here you’ll find a great choice of local tavernas and shops lining the narrow cobbled streets. You’ll also find the beautiful sandy Puerto Pollensa Beach just 10 minutes’ drive away. Back at the villa, this 3 bed property offers spacious gardens, an inviting private pool and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Located in the area of La Font, Villa Casa Margarita is midway between the picturesque Tramuntana Mountains and the beautiful, historic old town of Pollensa. A 25 minute walk will take you to the old town, a charming maze of cobbled streets and traditional Spanish restaurants serving tasty tapas or paella.  Just a short drive away, you’ll find 2 charming coves at Cala San Vicente, perfect for a peaceful beach day. Puerto Pollensa, also 10 minutes’ drive from your villa, has a large, sandy beach and a choice of seafront restaurants and shops.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
