« The property was lovely. We were in the “Downtown” apartment and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It is well appointed with ample amenities and in a safe neighborhood. There was a large group above us in the house and they did not impact our stay and everyone respected the quiet time. My husband enjoyed the hot tub while meeting the other visitors and we liked spending time in this space. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family. »

« HONEST and TRUE review. Eastgate was super clean, easily accessible and right near everything in downtown Hammond. Plenty of space for 7 of us and David was very responsive to whatever we needed. Roku tvs in every room with plenty of free options to watch when the weather is gross. Backyard is shared with unit B but that isn’t a no-go item. « Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. Overall I’d say the owner is satisfied...
