« The room was clean and well-appointed; all was in working condition. The breakfast is reliably good with a modest selection of hot and continental choices. The property is attractively decorated and generally in good condition; I noted a little wear & tear in the dining area chairs. The area is safe and within walking distance of many dining and retail establishments, though it is also a high-traffic area. I've stayed here many times when I come into town to help an elderly family member. »

« We booked 20min prior to arrival for a 1 night stay. Pictures were deceiving. Upon arrival it was run down, dirty and it felt unsafe. After traveling all day, we decided to drive further to a safer and cleaner hotel. We were denied a refund as well. DO NOT recommend staying here. »

« The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled. I will return and stay on my next visit. »

« I booked the room through Expedia and when I showed up to check-in they said they didn’t have a room available. Expedia was of no help finding another hotel room in the area. Never booking through them again. »

« Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive! »

« This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel only due to its closeness to our location and price. They require a $100 deposit they dont tell you about until you check in. The first time our room was dirty, floors, sink and tub. 2nd time we had rather large roaches in the room. We were assured the previous issues had been rectified so gave them another chance. « Everything is old and lousy. Lamp without bulbs, ventilator in the bathroom so loud that you can't hear the TV. And the place in front of the room so dirty with a lot of rubbish flying around. DO not book that hotel, there are others that can't be worse. »
