Located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, Canto do Atlântico Loft is a stylish loft with vaulted ceilings that comfortably sleeps up to three guests.

A short walk from restaurants, cafés, Portas da Cidade and the marina, the loft combines original character with modern comforts, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a queen bed on the mezzanine level. It’s an ideal base for couples, solo travellers or small groups looking to explore São Miguel from a central location.

A. Ground Floor

▪️ Living Room: A comfortable and welcoming space with a large TV hidden within the built-in wardrobes and a four-seater sofa that can be prepared as a sofa bed for a third guest.

Please note: If your booking is for three guests, kindly let me know in advance so I can prepare the sofa bed accordingly.

▪️ Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven and cooking essentials.

▪️ Dining Area: A cozy kitchen corner with bar stools.

▪️ Laundry: Washer/dryer available.

▪️ Bathroom: Full bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities.

B. Loft Bedroom

▪️ Accessed via stairs, the mezzanine level includes the queen-sized bed which overlooks the living area below.

Please note that the sleeping area is open to the living space below and is not a separate enclosed bedroom.

Location

While the loft doesn't ave private parking, free on-street parking is available on the surrounding area.

The loft is located in central Ponta Delgada, within easy walking distance of many of the city’s restaurants, cafés and attractions.

Please note that, as the property is located in the city centre, some street noise may occasionally be heard.

IMPORTANT

In accordance with local government regulations, the Municipality of Ponta Delgada charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. This applies to all guests aged 13 and over who are not residents of the Autonomous Region of the Azores and is payable at
