« This property is a lovely little cottage perfect for a couple or small family (max 4 people). It is in a great location in the old town of Poole, it is 1 minute from the harbour and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The stairs are steep, as others have noted, but that wasn’t a problem for us and made the place even more charming. »

We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach, play park and cafe in Hamworthy Park. Also, it was only 5 minutes to walk to Poole quay or 2 minutes to the bus stop to go further afield. « The place itself is fine, if rather tatty. The problem we had was that the details of the listing are fundamentally inaccurate. The house is listed as offering a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The photographs of the accommodation clearly show this too. « The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs.
