I had forgotten to load my South Africa map on to my TomTom GPS before leaving the UK and the lady of the house helped me do this on her own computer for which I will be eternally grateful. room was nice with balcony with table and chairs and river view. « The reserve has comfortable chalets. The game drives were amazing thou sometimes were felt borderline dangerous due to very close encounters with lions and especially with the large herd of elephants with babies, that became agitated by our car proximity. Fortunately, all encounters ended peacefully. Das River Lodge Game Resort ist ein Hotelbetriebmit vielen Mitarbeitern. Im Vergleich zu den Mitarbeitern und Inhabern dervielen, schönen, kleinen Gästehäusern, die wir auf unserer 3 Wochenreise kennengelernt haben, war das River Resort eher unpersönlich.
