Ameliorer le cadre et les services
Plutôt mauvais, c'est un hôtel qui devrait être en renovation. Son environnement qui est tres sal et pas du tout entretenu ne correspond pas du tout aux photos publiée. Le service laisse beaucoup à désirer.

Hôtel vieillot, mais sympatique
Hôtel de catégorie moyenne, un peu délabré, mais en rénovation, avec un coin verdure sympatique. Le personnel a su se montrer disponible et agréable. Un bon endroit pour passer une journée ou deux, à une distance raisonnable de l'aéroport. Il faut quand même compter $30. US pour le transport de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (6,5 km)

En attendant des améliorations
C'était mon huitième voyage en Haïti et mon cinquième séjour dans cet hôtel. j'en ai fait ma base pour mes voyages missionnaires compte tenu que mon chauffeur habite très proche de l'hôtel. Je dois néanmoins supporter beaucoup de frustrations quant à la qualité de cet hôtel et j'exhorte la direction a utiliser la génératrice lorsque le courant de la ville est coupé. J'ai toujours apprécié les employés mais pense qu'ils ne sont pas rémunérés dignement.

The staff was very friendly. The property is very safe, with 24h armed security guard. The property is also very affordable, comparing to other properties in the city of Port Au Prince. I would suggest them to add more foods in their menu. I will definitely go back to Pacot Breeze Hotel each time i go to Haiti. Happy New Year to the whole crew there!

You'll get the best customer service from the security guards,front desk is left unattended most of the time even if they are there ,you aren't getting their full attention because they are on their phones.Food was good although expensive

A Little improvement would help
Quiet , nice area ...cozy little place that I like 😋been going there for awhile but I must say that as comfort it’s not so good NO HOT WATER OR CABLE ...OR WIFI (only in the lobby) 7 days wasn’t able to watch some tv (only one religious Chanel available) AC was and off and on thing ...well, it has its perks 😏but if ur looking for luxury...hmm ...wouldn’t be the right place for u 😒

Safe place with friendly staff
Great security, we felt very safe here. Staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Was very difficult to get to, was quite a walk to any of the modes of public transit. Shower was a pipe sticking out of the wall with no hot water or decent pressure. Pool was not functioning until the very last day.

I think that they can do better than that. This was an unpleasant experience not to mention insects in the room and mattress on concrete blocks. They need to upgrade so that they can meet the minimum standard.

Nice quiet place but it's old and the shower is not really a shower. It was a piece that was held together by duct tape and barely produces running water. The climatizatiom looks like it's from the 1970s. If you want a quiet place to stay with low level ammeneties this is the place to be! Also the restaurant has good food but is very expensive.

In a few words
If you work for an NGO in Haiti and you need a nearby place to stay, that is somewhere around the Pacot area, this place might be good for you. But if you are in vacation and you are looking to have fun, this place might not be ideal for you. Although, it is safe, quiet and for the most part clean, it is very likely that you don't enjoy you stay. It is lacking a pool bar, a real restaurant, they drain the swimming pool every Wednesdays, which is a great, since they are replacing the water to keep the pool clean, but then it takes a couple days to refill it. Which is a problem since the swimming seems to be a only fun thing that you get to do on site. Most of the rooms don't have hot running water, which didn't bother me. Part of me enjoyed the fact that the place was a little old and wasn't as comfortable. It gave me the feeling that I wasn't in the USA, I felt that I was away. My real issue was with how nonchalant most of the staff members were. Getting clean towels was a daily issue, employees are using their phone in front of customers. To be fair, they might be underpaid which is why they lack enthusiasm, however, I do think the place is poorly managed if managed at all. In sum, I enjoyed the calm there but I wouldn't go back there. At least it is very unlikely.

The premises were clean and safe.
Generator-noise was a problem at night but earplugs helped solve it. There was no hot running water but the temperatures are high, so no real need for hot showers.

This is a ok hotel
The owner ( whom I have not met ) talk to you like a friend, listen to your concern about the room in a way she make you forget if you are calling for a problem into the room. That"s all I can say about Pacot Breeze owner. ( Thumbs up for the owner ) . About the employees or staff; some of them need to be train how to answer the phone in the hotel need to be courteous (nice) not to insult the caller while calling to make a reseervation. About the maid that prepare / clean the guest room; need to know that clean the guest's room is part of their duty or job.

It was terrible, I didn't even stay because there were two other men I have never seen before in my life. I need my money back, the stay was extremely expensive.

It makes sense for the price
I stayed here for 2 weeks. Wasn't too happy at first but eventually started liking it. I came during the carnival so there were many ppl coming late at night, loud talking etc., after that carnival crowd left it has been super quiet, although if you are a really light sleeper some sounds may bother you. Also there are Windows from my room to the halway so at night you are getting quiet a lot of light, and I like sleeping in a dark. Mattress is a little hard, as well as the pillows. Other than that, everything went pretty smooth. The most amazing staff, I have never seen such nice and kind and sweet people working in any hotel before. Its also really clean and safe, also great for people who have cars. Neighborhood is quiet and very residential. Overall happy I stayed here, sure will be back!

Better choices available than this hotel
They were unprepared for us as if they did not have our reservation. They had to clean rooms . Ultimately we each had a bed. Overpriced and very ordinary food. Had electricity, fan and AC.

Het hotel was slecht onderhouden. Wel een mooi terras op de bovenste verdieping, maar de stoelen die daar stonden waren oud lelijk en pijnlijk om op te zitten. De kamers werden enkel op ons verzoek schoongemaakt. In de omschrijving staat dat er een kitchenette aanwezig was in de kamer, er stond een kleine koelkast dat was alles. Het zwembad was vies en werd gebruikt om zwemlessen van scholen te verzorgen. Geen leuke plek om even te relaxen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dan ook onvoldoende.
