Amazing Family Friendly House

Our family stayed here during spring break, and it was the perfect beach getaway without the usual crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the beach was never too busy. Austin was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to anything we needed. The house was ideal for our multigenerational family—kids, parents, and grandparents—offering plenty of space for everyone. The couches were super comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a fun beach trip. The kids especially loved the bunk beds, complete with chargers at each one—perfect for teens!

Communication via email with instructions were timely and easy to understand. House was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only suggestion would be the addition of 12” nonstick frying pan. Location in relation to Stingarees and The Big store was convenient. Lack of Beach access with a vehicle was an issue though not a big one.

Great beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is much less crowded than it is closer to the middle of town. The host was fantastic and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House

This new home was beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The beds are extremely comfortable and the appliances and TVs (in every room) are top notch. We had everything we needed and more including a sand wagon which was very useful. Our host, Austin, is very responsive. My family was very comfortable and we recommend this house because it felt like home!

Great location! In a very quiet area and not a far walk to the beach. You can't see the beach from the cabin but the beach is super close. The host is great and easy to communicate with and really provides you with everything you need! Then beach cabin is like new and very clean! I would definitely book this cabin again!

Much needed vacation

This home was absolutely wonderful to stay in. Our family of 8 had a wonderful time. This home is what all my decorating dreams are made of😊 The beds and pillows are very comfortable and provided restful sleep for all of us each night. Those couches will suck you right in and give you the nap you were so desperately needing. We enjoyed several hours of laughter and fun with the great selections of toys and games to play with. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Austin was a great host and very helpful. Thank you again. We will use this house again and tell all our friends about it.

Our Mini Family Get-Away

Cozy, Comfy, & Clean!!! I’m so happy we chose this home for our mini family Vaca. The pictures you see online are actually what you walk into. The space is open, and welcoming and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Austin was the best host we’ve had thus far while using Vrbo. His timely responses helped with the organization of our trip. If I could offer 1 addition to the home, it would be a safety gate at the top of the stairs. We have twin 3 year olds and with a safety gate we would have been more comfortable spending family time on the porch. AWESOME PROPERTY. You will NOT be disappointed. We already have future plans of coming back soon Thanks Austin.

Summer Getaway

We had the best week staying in this beach house. The location was perfect and not near as crowded as we expected. The house was beautiful!! Everything was exactly as pictured. Brand new and well kept. All of the “extras” made our stay that much more enjoyable. We enjoyed playing games, cod hole and definitely made use of the wagon and beach toys. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!
