Very nice house with good space and lots of bathrooms (great for multiple couples). Location is right on the beach and is close to some conveniences and attractions. If you want a place on the water for three couples with or without kids, this is your spot.

David was absolutely AMAZING! The House cleaners on the other hand very rude. The house WAS NOT cleaned properly at all. David immediately sent them over but they made us feel like we inconvenienced them. They did NOT stock the bathrooms with any extra towels,toilet paper and wash cloths and there was zero soap to wash our hands. I do not feel I should have had to call David at all because they did not d their job. He was so very nice and offered to get us a 6 seat golf cart for free and he did! All in All we had a great time and the house is very BEAUTIFUL and perfectly fit right on the water. We would stay there again!!!

Home is in a fantastic location. It had lots of space and accommodated our large group without issue. We wish the sofa would have been larger for evening gatherings. There was a small glitch upon arrival, but the owner corrected the issue immediately and was very kind. There were more amenities than what was listed which was great. The double balconies gave the younger teens a place separate from the adults to hang out which they loved. It also had a small, fenced yard for our pet which allowed her to be off leash giving her more outdoor time. Overall, it was an amazing home, and we really enjoyed our trip.

This beachfront home was perfect for our weekend stay. Wonderful space in the kitchen, sizable bedrooms, amazing bathrooms and showers, even the panoramic views of the Gulf were peaceful. Direct access for driving on the beach was only yards away. Beach towels and chairs for our family was a bonus. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, above and beyond (my husband’s a chef). Highly recommend for anyone considering a vacation here. Thank you!

Perfect home for a family get together. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view of-the beach. Easy walk or drive to the beach. Nice selection of beach items in case you forget to bring your own . Kitchen was well equipped even had a high chair for toddler. Beautiful home would definitely recommend .

From check in we had issues, but the biggest problem was the cleanliness of the place. We had sheets with stains, Hair on sheets and what looked to be blood on some sheets. We also had hair all over floors. Couch and dining room chairs were covered in stains. Dryer still had towels in it ( we were told they were clean ) At night we discovered that dishwasher was not empty from previous stay. Host unwilling to budge on any fee for cleaning. We ended up washing sheets . Host offered to cancel our reservation. Were would 10 people go after driving 5 hours? Also offered late check out at no cost, this was not going to happen. Also there were cups on balcony from previous guests, hair brush in bathroom that was from a previous guest. Kitchen did not have oven mitts and drawers were filthy with crumbs in each. The best thing about the place was the balcony . Would think before booking this place.

This is a new property and spacious compared to the ones we rented in the past. Everyone was happy they had their own room. Owner is accommodating and resolve any issues right away. We definitely will be back again next year.

Absolutely gorgeous property with fantastic views! All the high end touches in the unit and the comfy beds were fantastic. Watching the waves roll in from the two balconies was the best way to pass our time. We went with three families and having six bathrooms spoiled us all. There were tons of beach chairs for us to use and our guys enjoyed hanging out at night on the ground level. David was very receptive with any text or call and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great with the housekeeping issue we had. Thank you again for letting us call your place home for 4 nights!

Home location and size is great for family Easter gathering. First evening we arrived we were greeted with food on the floor, cockaroaches on the kitchen counter and a bathroom toilet that was absolutely disgusting. We had to wake up early and buy roach spray and combat squares to place all over the kitchen area and living area. It’s didn’t help. Every morning we had to actively kill and clean to make sure the bugs didn’t ruin our food. The stove top was disgusting and I spent my whole weekend cleaning and guarding the kitchen. The sodas, dining chairs, pillows and bed pillows all have stains on them. I used beach towels to cover the furniture so that I could have my family and grandchild sit on the furniture. I have several properties I rent out for vacations and I can’t imagine having my homes like this. My daughter was sick after the first night with allergies. We thought maybe a cat/dog slept in the room she was in so we washed the comforter the sheets. Unfortunately that wasn’t the problem. On our last evening we notice that the pitched ceiling with beams actually has black mold all on them! Mold is an allergy she has. We left the house in a much cleaner state than we found it. I think it’s time the owners stayed at their property and did a major makeover and clean up. We left a crock pot and a pair of gum shoes but I don’t even want to get those items back. I had to tell my family to please check their bags and suitcases when they got home so no house critters joined them. Ugh!

We had a large group. 9 adults and 9 kids. This home was exactly what we needed. The location to the beach can’t be beat. The kids loved the fenced in grass area and played soccer multiple times. And the owners allowed us to use their beach chairs and beach toys! The property is exactly as advertised and the owners were very communicative and helpful! We had the best time and hope to stay here again in the future.

We rented this cabin for a weekend on our mom’s 60th birthday. It comfortably fit 20 people no problem. They had everything on hand that we needed. Our weather was cold and wet but we all had a great time still with plenty to do. Amazing ocean views and anything you would need close by. We are already ready to go back!
