« Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels, appliances. Loved the outdoor seating facing the bay, very relaxing and private. The beach access is for beach walking only, not spending time at the beach. Englewood beach has increased parking spaces, and not currently charging, so that was nice. Wish we could have stayed lionger! »

« This was NOT the property we were given. Just before our stay the host told us we couldn't stay here due to the previous renters "trashed" it. She offered her other property further north than we wanted. I had poor internet service when I got her messages and link. It took several tries but was able to finally see it and before loosing it again we agreed after several prompts from her for a response. « New, clean unit. Given the cost, was disappointed with the overall value compared to other rentals in Manasota Key. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away. »

« The host, Andrew, was very responsive. Answered all the questions, made sure the check in went smoothly, and provided all the necessary details ahead of time. The property is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill- Property even provides the propane. The sunset views were phenomenal. »
