„I booked this home, after payment i was then alerted by owner that the accommodation isn't available due to renovations. He mentioned having another with no additional cost. I saw some pictures and decided to stay at the new place. However i inquire about the wash and dryer as it was one of the amenities and was assured that the apartment had these items. The owner, Mr Dass was very easy to communicate with, polite and even gifted a birthday cake to one of the guests (since it was her birthday that week). We organized pickup and drop off with the owner and everything was seamless. The home looks even better in person and we felt at home.
