Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Bezeichnung Hotel ist leider falsch. Es gibt keine Verpflegung aus der Küche ausser dem Immer gleichen Morgenessen. Also ein Albergo oder Garni kommt hin. Für ein 3 Sterne Haus aber in Ordnung.

If you check in at the Hotiday Room Collection - Napoli Sant'Arcangelo, you will be greeted by a very friendly and kind staff member. As you are checking in, you will be presented with an unfriendly list of rules/demands made by the hotel. “Don’t eat or take food into your room . . . this is a hotel, not a residence.” Then, if you are unfortunate, you will go to your room and find tons of little ants crawling all over the floor. The kind staff member will come up to your room, spray the ants, and mop them up. Of course, she won’t be able to remove all of them, and you will use the spray periodically throughout the evening. You will also notice flickering lights in the bathroom and the main room, as well as a sink that does not drain properly. As you check out, you will be greeted by a friendly staff member, but you will come to the conclusion that the Hotiday management just doesn’t care about their guests. Too bad, because Napoli is an amazingly vibrant little town full of passion and character. Be better Hotiday Room Collection . . . Be better!

En skønt resort med en fantastisk udsigt. Lækker morgenmad. God shuttleservice til "byen". Der er rent. Dejlig pool område og nem adgang til stranden. Eneste men ikke væsentlig anke er at der byggeplads roder flere steder. Det er grimt at se på bl.a op til +300 værelserne og det ser ikke ud til at der sker noget. Kommer meget gerne igen🎉
