„We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. „We had a good time at this cute little place, which has lovely retro beach house vibes.Since it was a cold, rainy weekend we appreciated the heater and wood burner and the many puzzles we found in the cupboard. The place was clean and well equipped and it's in walking distance to the beach, what else could you ask for? Definitely recommend!“

This place is not suitable for people with mobility issues as access is via stairs that some will find difficult to climb. The hand rails need to be resecured. "Super und praktische Unterkunft, wenn man von hier aus den Wilsons Promontory Nationalpark erkunden möchte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, auch wenn man von der Ausstattung nicht all zu viel erwarten sollte. Für mich hat es aber vollkommen ausgereicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab mir sogleich Tipps zum Einkaufen und zum Essen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Cafés und ein größeres Restaurant/Bar, wo sich den Menschen aus dem Ort am Abend treffen."

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich schön. Allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass wirklich nichts in der Nähe ist, wo man essen gehen kann oder sich verpflegen kann.Sandys Point General Store, ist ein Witz und man kann dieses leider nicht Supermarkt nennen – der nächste Supermarkt liegt 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt! Vom angeblich angebotenen Frühstück haben wir auch nichts erfahren."
