  • Cette unité de deux chambres située dans le complexe populaire "Tasman Towers" est située à une courte promenade de 450 mètres du cœur de la ville et à seulement 450 mètres et 700 mètres de la magnifique plage de la ville. Offrant une vue agréable sur le mur de séparation, cette unité dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pendant les vacances, y compris deux chambres avec un lit queen size, dans la chambre principale et 2 lits simples dans la deuxième chambre, des ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres. Il y a aussi deux balcons, salon avec TV écran plat et lecteur DVD, buanderie interne. Le complexe dispose également d'une piscine, d'un ascenseur et d'un parking entièrement sécurisé en sous-sol (hauteur max. 1. 9m).

    Literie: lit queen dans le principal, 2 lits simples dans la 2e chambre. Pas de linge inclus.

Fantastic Location

Unit was roomy and clean, really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony looking over the water.

The property was centrally located. The property was very dated and not clean. We had to clean the place before we could use it. Communication with all companies involved was very poor. After booking new pieces of information kept emerging. Foe example the need to send a photograph of my wife so that she could stay in the property. There are many other instances of this type of thing that occurred.

I have read many reviews of this unit and many have been quite negative, all of which I agree with. Considering these reviews have dated back at least two years, absolutely nothing has been done to correct any of the issues, so obviously reviews are not taken into account for making improvements.

Reviewer Comments: Location was great, good views, easy access to shops and beach,Foyer areas recently renovated, Difficult basement parking between support columns, but apartment was in poor condition, very dirty, greasy and dark stains to carpets, several doors damaged, cupboard edges delaminating, bathroom vent window looks like never cleaned, bathroom ceiling collapsing, balcony glass handrails not cleaned and many cobwebs, balcony tiles not clean, Grout dirty around edge of vanity, Bathtub enamel worn away - could not use bath and also very dirty stains to base of tub, exhaust fan not working to bathroom, sliding door tracks dirty, Not the apartment advertised in the pictures, overall would not advise anyone to stay there, and would not stay there again as unhealthy

Reviewer Comments: The view from the apartment overlooking the breakwall and water is fabulous, its just a shame that the apartment itself is soo out dated, the eastern balcony sliding door lock was broken so this could not be locked, the bed in the main room was absolutely horrible to sleep on, and the undercover carpark was a nightmare to navigate to the allocated parking spot, it was such a shame as the view and fresh air breezes from the north and east were soo nice that if it wasn't soo outdated I would be back for a week stay every 3 months as I love Port Mac. Just need to find somewhere else for the next stay.

Dirty Unit In Port Macquarie

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very forgettable. It started by being handed an envelope with the keys and no explanation at all. We arrived at the unit and tried to access the carpark with a sensor held together by sticky tape. This was an omen for the rest of our stay. The parking space was small and difficult to access. The car's doors could not be opened when parked against a wall.The unit was very dated, the soft furnishings all needing replacement and in particular the carpet to the main bedroom. The unit had NOT been cleaned properly for what appeared to be a long period. The benches needed washing before use. Dust was thick around power points, power boards and skirting.We voiced our concerns to the letting agent and whilst we were given a good hearing we were left without any solutions. Given the high price of rental.
