« The property is older, but please keep that in mind. Super clean everything works beautiful down downstairs with gaming. It was wonderful. I’m a local. I’ve been here my whole life great place to stay look for a little problems that’s gonna be an issue but other than that it was beautiful and super clean. Had the best time. »

« Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the property and it worked for what we needed. Home is spacious but the layout is extremely odd (unnecessarily large bedrooms and inconvenient location of second bathroom). Some updates are needed in places like the backyard and bathrooms. Also would have appreciated being provided more than one roll of toilet paper, more pool towels, as well as more cleaning/kitchen supplies when you are hosting 8 people. « We had a wonderful time in this house with my children, grandchildren and Grand dog. We were in NSB to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday and this spot was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and had an amazing view of the ocean just steps from the house. We will be back! »

« The property was extremely clean in a nice quiet part by the beach literally 2 blocks from a drive on area!! My family of 6 went and we had lots of space. Everything worked with no issues and communication was excellent. We stayed for Jeep Week and would love to return to this property next year if its available. Perfect vacation and excellent location. »

« Manager was quick to reply to all questions and concerns. The title "Close to everything" is very accurate. Close to I-4, close to restaurants, close to Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Our only negative was the Master Suite mattress was terrible. It was a Sleep Number that one side was mostly deflated. The bottom mattress of the bunk beds was also very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were able to arrange our sleeping to allow everyone a decent mattress. »

« We had a wonderful time visiting. We were in Florida for the races at the Daytona International Speedway. The house is 15 minutes from the track and is in a very nice neighborhood. The house is beautiful. Very well maintained. The owner/property manager was very attentive with very quick responses to questions. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 10/10. Will absolutely rent here again for our next trip!!! »

« The house was nice though slightly limited on bathrooms. The dishwasher was minimal at best with the stairs leading to the second floor a challenge. That being said, the house was nice for being at the beach on the ocean. The focal point of the house was the real nice pool that was more than expected. Also the easy walk to the beach was perfect.
