  • This incredible new construction beach house is located in the premier new neighborhood on Cape San Blas. With private beach access just steps from the front door you’ll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time at all. An incredible expanse of white sand, shells and surf will welcome you as you cross over the natural dunes and sea grass on the boardwalk. We provide a large beach cart to help get all your supplies there as easy as possible.

    This fully furnished 5 Bedroom home is ready for you to make memories. Each Bedroom has a brand new King Bed and a Smart TV!

    Just 15 minutes from Fine Dining, Restaurants, Bars and Shops of Port St. Joe you will find the incredible piece of the forgotten coast called Cape San Blas. Known for its luxurious white sand beaches, gentle surf and amazing fishing this area has something for everyone.
    This entirely new home has an incredibly functional and open floor plan. As you walk through the entry you are greeted by a custom made Hall tree, perfect for slipping off those sandy shoes as you enter.

    To the left you are welcomed to the large open living, dining and kitchen space. With 3 brand new power reclining couches and power in the center cushion you can spend your time relaxing after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" HD 4k TV with Roku streaming (1 Gig Internet)

    The large kitchen Island is complimented by 4 bar stools perfect for that quick morning snack before heading out to the beach. All new Stainless steel appliances compliment the kitchen in addition to a full compliment of dishes, glass ware and cooking utensils.

    Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the solid Acacia wood dining table which comfortably seats 6.

    Just off the living area a small hallway leads to the 1st Floor Bathroom with custom tiled shower and full glass enclosure. Across the Hall you will find the Main floor bedroom with a brand new King Size Bed and 55" Smart Tv!

    Back upstairs you will find the remaining 4 Bedrooms, All with King Beds and wall mounted 55" HD TVs!
    The 2 Front facing bedrooms share access to the upper balcony with a bistro bar set. One of those bedrooms is the upstairs master with an attached En-Suite Full Bath.

    The 2 Rear Facing bedrooms have an incredible view of the new community pool that is ready for use! At the top of the stairs is the other Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower Combo.

    The real beauty of the area lies outside. With a brand new deck that overlooks the pool and pickleball courts you can enjoy some time outside without leaving the house. Just around the corner you will find our guest storage shed that is packed with beach toys, beach chairs, a Umardoo Sun Shade for the beach, coolers and more! After a fun day at the beach you'll be happy to see our custom Outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off all that sand before you head in and cool down !

    You will have the whole house to yourself and will check in using the smart lock on the front door. You will have a code unique to your stay for your security.

    **Our Beach House is located in a Gated community that does not allow boats to be parked within the community. Please note that if you are planning to bring a boat with you, you'll need to store it with the marina in Port St. Joe or make other arrangements as the community will not allow them. We had such a wonderful stay! The house is in an excellent location—the pool, volleyball court, and pickleball courts are right outside the back door. The house itself is very spacious, and all of the beds were incredibly comfortable. They truly have everything you need for a fun afternoon at the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and so much more. The area is also very peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to get away, this is it! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house was fantastic! It was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed - even beach gear! Communication with Nick was SO easy before and during our stay. I will absolutely be staying here again next time we cost Cape San Blas!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for our party of 10. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The backyard was literally a playground for the teenagers - beach volleyball, pickle ball, and a pool right outside the back door. We appreciated the extra beach towels provided and the shed that contained beach equipment. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We will definitely be booking here again!

This is a great house and a great location. This house stands out in the neighborhood due to having a back porch area and having a covering to protect from the sun. It’s easy to sit out back and watch the kids play. The walk to the beach was perfect and so easy with the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

My family loved staying at this property. It’s just steps away from the beach and close to the pool, and pickle ball courts! The shed at the property was fully stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach which was so convenient! Definitely would recommend staying here!

House was clean and in good condition. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and bay. Volleyball, pickleball, and pool located right behind the house and with kids this gave them an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while we watched from the back deck. Host responded very quickly and communication of details were sent in a timely manner. The check-in process was super easy, and we would stay again when looking at Cape San Blas!

The house was very clean and the property grounds were well maintained. We had plenty of space for 10 people and the kitchen was well appointed for the nights we cooked. The pool and pickle ball court were within steps of the back door making it easily accessible and both can be seen from the back porch. The beach is an easy walk down the boardwalk and the provided wagon made taking beach gear back and forth a breeze. Hunt's and Scully's were our local restaurant favorites and we enjoyed walking down the beach and a day at Shell Island in Panama City. Top 10 Vacation and we would love to come back again!

Great family home

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved the comfortable recliners in the living room, the very easy walkability to the beach (about 5 mins down the boardwalk), the wagon provided to lug our beach gear, and the community pool (which was never very crowded). Highly recommend for a nice family home!

We love this house. The community is beautiful and the walk to the beach was easier then I expected. The beds and pillows were amazing. So much better then hotels. Loved that it was pet friendly.

We enjoyed the house! It was the perfect size for 8 adults! Loved the beds and pillows! We had a playground in our backyard and really enjoyed playing Pickleball! The beach was perfect!

Perfect Location

Our family loved our stay! The house is very spacious and relaxing and the owners responded quickly to any questions that we had. It was great to have the pickleball and volleyball court right in the backyard and the short walk to the beach was very nice. We will be back!

Great for family

The property was clean and comfortable. We brought our older parents and children and we all had a great time. Nick was responsive when we needed help finding something. The beach was a short walk away and we all enjoyed our stay so much.
