My husband and I visited PSJ for our anniversary trip. Clean and comfortable home that was decorated beautifully! A perfect location— conveniently located in a neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, as well as a pizza place, bar, and cafe. We rode the two bikes that were available at the house and that was so nice to be able to ride down to the beach! The neighborhood is also just down the road from downtown Port St. Joe, where we enjoyed shopping, eating, and hanging out. This was a great stay and I would definitely come back here to vacation again!

Loved our stay house is clean and well kept. would recommend renting the golf cart it was useful to get to beach and pool. We had no complaints other than hurricane Helene cut our trip short but this was out of the hosts hands! Great property as described thanks for everything!

Couldn't have been better!

Buckle up, dear reader, this will be lengthy. First, what an amazing stay we had in Port St. Joe. My family of 5 and my brother's family of 3 stayed together in this property, and it couldn't have gone better. House: The house is a recent build with modern everything. Its spacious and attractive on its own. The owners have added furnishings that improve the appeal. Its a bit of a split floor plan, which allowed our families to be together but have our own spaces. Master had huge bathroom and closet, which honestly could have worked as a nursery room had a baby or infant travled with us. Amenities: who could want more than private access to a tranquil beach? The neighborhood also features a village center with a few shops, restaurants, and even a bar with live music. There are plenty of boardealk style trails and a dog park for outdoorsy folks and companions. Also a huge private pool with full bar and playground. Location: the house is a 7-10 minute walk to the bay on Windmark Beach. Drive 10 minutes one way to the historic downtown Port St Joe with shops and restaurants. Drive 10 minutes the other way to Mexico Beach, another gorgeous beach town. Owners: If you have read this far, you can tell Im not shy to reach out. The property owners/managers were some of the kindest and communicative I have encountered. They really enhanced the stay and even checked in to see how we were doing mid-stay. I really truly cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Awesome family vacation

Perfect spot to have your whole family enjoy something from 8 years to 41. All of us had such a great time! Perfect beach, great starfish, great fishing, and most importantly perfect place for a family to enjoy s’mores on the beach. The house is perfect location in walking distance to beach for all 6 kids! Clean! We will definitely come back again!

Worth the stay!

Beautiful home, very spacious and a very easy walk to Windmark beach. The home has everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagons and bikes for a nice day at the beach. Ash was a very responsive host and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Home was nice and big for my family. The check in process was a little painful because the door lock keypad did not work. We had to contact the owner. After a bit, they got back with us and told us another way to get in to the house with the key in the lock box. The entire family enjoyed this home. Overall, I would recommend this home.

This home was perfect for our family beach trip. Plenty of space for all six adults and two children with beds leftover! Home was very clean with well stocked kitchen. There were a generous amount of pool towels which we appreciated! Host Ash responded quickly to any questions we had regarding the property before we arrived. We took advantage of beach wagons and chairs that are provided as well. If you are looking for quiet beach community that is family friendly this is it!

Beautiful house!

The house was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood and amenities. The house was clean overall, but some places like under the beds and dressers were very dirty. Our baby lost a toy under the entertainment center and it came out full of hair and dust. We had trouble with the front door lock never working, which was a huge pain with our whole family coming and going from the pool and beach since we all had to share a garage opener. The manager was amazing and communicated frequently. She gave us a code for an extra key which helped. We also had bad Wi-Fi and the bedroom TV’s lost connection frequently. We would definitely stay here again. The beach was super covered in seaweed our last day and we couldn’t get in the water. The pool was amazing!

We enjoyed the property and community with access to the beach, a good pizza place a 5 minute walk away, and other restaurants a short drive. The property was perfect and the pots and pan looked new, which is quite unusual at rentals. The furniture was in good condition and clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Home accommodated 6 adults and 4 teens comfortably! We had everything that we needed to cook meals there. The beach buggies were great for treks too the beach and pool. Ash was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
