Amazing stay!

The house was wonderful. Beautiful views . It was very clean and only a short walk to the ocean. I also appreciate the fact that animals are not allowed. I am very allergic to animals and have a hard time finding a place to stay so we will definitely be back !

Perfect!!

First of all the house was absolutely perfect for us. It was me, my husband, and our 18 year old son and his friend. We had the perfect amount of space and the short walk to the beach was so nice and convenient. We had anything and everything we could have needed in the house for our time there. House owners were super easy to contact and quick to respond when I had questions. The beach and water is beautiful this location and so peaceful with not a lot of crowds. This was my favorite vacation home to date and I will definitely be coming back!

Perfect!

Perfect location; short short walk to the beach! Cleanliness was good. Kitchen was loaded! Loved having beach chairs there. Beds were comfortable! Overall had a fabulous vacation. No issues and would definitely stay again

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we were very satisfied. A wonderful little duplex with very close beach access. We would definitely consider returning. A couple of notes (not complaints) to the owner. The railing on the top floor balcony has spindles that are loose and the railing is wobbly. We kept our children off this balcony because of this. The Fan in the bedroom with the King bed makes a very loud noise on the high setting and the fan does not spin up to a faster speed. Neither were real issues for us since we came to go to the beach, but I did want to make the owner aware. Again we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Everything went well with Beachwood Cottage. It was close to the beach and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only problem we had was there was no hot water in the master shower.

Beechwood Cottage is amazing!

It was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. All we needed to do to have an awesome experience was just show up. Everything needed to cook meals was already there. Just bring your groceries and you’re all set. The owners are very responsive if you have any issues/questions while you’re there. The check in/check out process was so simple so there’s no need to stress at all. I would definitely recommend this home for an amazing stay and a very short walk to the beach.

Cape Vacation

The property was so close to the beach access which was a necessity for us with a toddler. All items were provided to make the pull out couch comfy. Kitchen was nicely supplied and had everything we needed to cook in several nights. We had some severe weather during our stay and Brittany reached out checking on how we were after the storm. This was such a kind gesture! Overall, great experience!

A Favorite Spot

There were two couples of us, almost empty nesters, who were looking for an early fall get away, and Beechwood Cottage was ideal. We loved the location, the views, and the comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch - a perfect spot to hang out any time of day. I just hope we'll get to return time and time again.

What a great week we had at the Cape! The home was very clean, beds were very comfortable, all the amenities you could ask for and great beach access ( just steps to the beach). Brittany was fantastic to work with, always prompt with her responses & very accommodating! Would highly recommend this place and plan on staying again! Stellar Stay!

A wonderful experience again at Cape San Blas. Brittany and Seth are awesome hosts in every way. The place is wonderful, well stocked, great location, and comfortable - truly, home away from home: Splendid kitchen, comfy beds, first rate bathrooms, and charming living areas. Both Seth and Brittany were super responsive, great communicators, and helpful at every turn. I cannot imagine better hosts with genuine concern for their guests. Cape San Blas is the best...and Seth and Brittany help keep it that way! Thank you for welcoming us to your stellar home. Happy Beaching!

Lovely House

My family and I had a great time at your cottage. It was very clean and the property was nice. Our favorite part was being able to hear and see the ocean. I would say to bring your own beach chairs. There are 4 but 2 are on their last leg and 2 are smaller chairs. We used the smaller chairs but my size 8 hips are a bit wide for them 😂. We would stay again and really did enjoy ourselves. Thank you!

First Florida Vacation

House was clean, very nicely decorated and had all the needed supplies at hand. We went to relax and that is exactly what we did. There are a couple of food places close but the others are about 25 minutes away but we drove for pizza and it was delicious. . The beach was just a few steps away was not busy at all. We had a great time!!
