-Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, s desk and chair for workspace, an interior-facing window overlooking the living area, and a private ensuite bathroom.
-All beds are prepared with fresh, high-quality bed linen.

BATHROOMS
-Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom connected to the main bedroom features a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin with storage unit, mirror and hairdryer.
-Bathroom 2: The ensuite bathroom connected to the twin bedroom includes a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washbasin with storage unit, mirror and hairdryer.
-Towels are provided for all guests.

LAUNDRY AREA
-A separate utility and storage room includes a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
-A vacuum cleaner is also available for guests’ convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The balcony accessed through the kitchen includes a small outdoor dining table, providing a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast, a coffee or an evening drink.
-The main bedroom also benefits from its own private balcony.

BUILDING
-The building does not have a lift, and the apartment is accessible by stairs.

Located in the heart of Portimão, the apartment offers a convenient base from which to explore the city and the wider Algarve region. Guests can enjoy easy access to Portimão’s shops, cafés, restaurants and local services, while the city’s riverside area, marina and well-known beaches are within convenient reach.

Despite regular cleaning and maintenance, small insects may occasionally appear due to the Algarve’s mild climate, which is characteristic of the region.
