« The hotel was fine, rooms were nice with nice bathrooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
The problem was in the booking of the rooms. Worst experience ever. Booked through a 3rd party and was totally messed up between 3rd party and Marriott. Finally had to cancel 3rd party and rebook through Marriott. Hugely disappointed in this process. Front desk unable to book room for me. Tells me Marriott management doesn't trust their own staff to do this. The Marriott Bon Voy app was...

The bedspread must have had the dog up there and not been shaken out during cleaning. Lots of dirt on the covers. The bathroom door on the inside was all scratched up. One or more persons must have left their dog in there and the dog(s) must have been quite unhappy about that. NO dishes nor coffee pot, etc. The window screen was all torn, so no...

« The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was nice. Parking was close and carts were available to use. All hotels don’t always have them. I really liked the walk in shower. It had 2 shower heads you could use at the same time. Would love to have one at my house like this one. »
