„The room was lovely with a two seater sofa, spotlessly clean. Nice tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choice really nice quality food and very nicely cooked. The evening meal that we had there was also very good. Nice play area for children. I would add the pub had air conditioning, fantastic in the hot weather enjoying a nice glass of wine. Lots of space in the pub, good layout with different rooms and in my opinion a big bonus plenty of parking.  ...

„We had a fantastic stay at The Family Tree. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, clean and quiet. And the breakfast was amazing! Just a few minutes’ drive from the Tramway Museum, or a lovely 40-minute walk along the canal to the Hurt Arms in Ambergate. In the end, we were sorry that we were only staying the one night; wish we could have stayed longer. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Derbyshire!“

„One thing marks down the property. Breakfast was not complete. We went for dinner at the White Hart and they had gluten free cereals. I had to ask for orange juice at breakfast. Also, we came back at 22:50 on a Friday night and asked for a beer. We were refused but another resident was served beer. There doesn’t seem to be consistency on food menus or services across the group pubs.“

„The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door“

„Helpful staff & smooth check in. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The pub itself was good for food competitively priced, which can be ordered thru the app (along with drinks) The drinks we had an issue with - there were drinks on the app that weren’t available at the bar, the glasses had lipstick marks on them so washing is an issue & we were served a Fentiman’s Dandelion & Burdock drink 6 months out of date so stock rotation is a problem here. Our room only had a fan to keep ...

„The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.“
