The holiday home is entirely fenced and introduced by a gate  for cars. It has a porch and a partly-paved garden where you can relax.
The furniture of the apartment is basic. The apartment consists of a spacious dining room with open kitchen, sofa bed and tv. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a broom closet with washing machine. Moreover, there is an outdoor heated shower.

Salento, known for its beaches, crystal clear sea and services, is 2
kilometers away.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
