The Family Apartment is one of several solutions that make up the Residence Julia, located a short walk from Porto Cesareo`s seafront, low cliffs and both free and equipped sandy beach.
There are trees and manicured hedges in the large garden shared by all the apartments.
The vacation house is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a large partly shaded terrace with awning, furnished with table and chairs, so you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors, and two deck chairs for sunbathing in privacy.
The large apartment consists of airy, simple and cozy rooms. The large living room is furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with a fireplace and TV.
Next to it is the modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, in which there is also a washing machine. From here you exit to the balcony equipped with a pilozza.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins. The seventh bed is a cot to be placed, upon request. All rooms have small balconies.
Finally, there are 2 full shower rooms, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.

The Family Apartment is located on the second floor of Residence Julia, a lovely complex of Mediterranean-style apartments for vacation rental in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area, just 200 meters from the sea.
The location is perfect for those who prefer to move on foot: both free and equipped beaches are very close, as is the town center with all the main services.
In addition, it only takes a few steps to get to the seafront where every day you can enjoy exceptional sunsets over the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The seventh bed is a cot to be placed.
