Un grand merci à Fernando pour son investissement . Une superbe maison à 20 metres du metro en centre ville . La maison est tres bien équipée ,et bien décorée. Merci pour la petite attention pour ke barbecue électrique .

Maison très propre. Tout est refait à neuf, sanitaires, cuisine, chambres. Le séjour était parfait, notre hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous indiquant tous les endroits à visiter. Très bonne communication par whatsapp. A refaire sans hésiter. On peut tout faire à pied. Petits commerces juste à côté. Bref, séjour parfait. Parfait en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande sans hésitation.

My husband and I and our five adult children (including partners) stayed for three nights. The place was very clean and well-appointed. There are four bedrooms each with its own full bath, which was a luxury. This would be a great place to stay with friends or family where each couple (or single) would have much privacy. The communal space was nice with a lovely enclosed garden with tables and chairs out back. We enjoyed playing games while drinking coffee or port in that space.(depending on the time of day.) We enjoyed lovely weather. The host was wonderful. He met us and shared information he has compiled about the neighborhood, the city and beyond. Many great recommendations all in a digital format. He was also very kind when we needed a few extra hours to get out on the last day due to illness.

Porto visit
My wife & I and two other couples had a great stay @ this home. Communication with the owner, Fernando, was very smooth. He met us when we arrived and provided a thorough overview of the home along with providing an electronic document full of information. The home was very clean coupled with having the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking. Also loved the great shower pressure! Home is located an easy walk to the city center and very close to a metro station. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with outdoor garden
The property was lovely and accommodated our four couples perfectly. Fernando is a gracious and hospitable host. He provided great suggestions for nearby groceries and laundry. The walk to downtown is very direct and easily accessible. We enjoyed sitting outside in the garden after touring all day. The beds are so comfortable!! I highly recommend this property.

Ideal Family Rental in a Great Location
We traveled with our 3 adult children and their significant others for a family trip. We all had our private space with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom combo. The location is ideal - walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Very Comfortable. Perfect family rental
We traveled with our 3 adult children for a family vacation. With 4 bedroom/bath combos, it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space! Fernando, our host, was meticulous with his check in process and had a thorough guide for our stay in Porto. Unfortunately our weather did not cooperate (rainy and cold) but the little outdoor space would’ve been perfect for an evening glass of wine. Overall, great location, easy walk to the center of town or easy Uber.

Perfect in Porto
This was a lovely property for a family reunion! We were 6 people. This place has 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each one, which was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a small private garden! Everything was impeccably clean and the property is modern (renovated recently) and comfortable. The host Fernando is very nice and super helpful. He provided maps and information on activities to do. It was really a perfect place!

Wonderful visit to Porto!
The property was excellent and Fernando was an amazing host! The home is in a nice location within walking distance to many of the sites in Porto. Fernando created a fantastic online guidebook that was extremely helpful! You can tell that Fernando takes great pride in his home and Porto! The home was wonderful with heaters in every room which were definitely appreciated since it was a cold week in Porto. It was a nice touch to have bottles of water by each bed. And we especially appreciated the great water pressure in the showers! Fernando was an extreme gracious host and was easily accessible by text. I would HIGHLY recommend his home!

We arrived to find a clean home waiting for us. The host couldn’t have been better and we chose this place because each room had a private bath, which was great. The shower had amazing pressure, which was wonderful. There is a nice private outside area, however we were only able to use a little because of the time of year, chilly. The gathering area inside was small, but there were enough seats around the small tables, etc. In retrospect, I would have enjoyed being closer to where more was going on. We didn’t eat in at all, except for wine and cheese. There is a wonderful coffee shop nearby and we ate at a local rest next door, but everything else was a walk. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Seeing Porto with Friends
A group of 6 of us had a wonderful stay at this location. There was plenty of space with individual bedrooms, each having it’s own bathroom, which was a real plus!. We found this place to have modern amenities and very comfortable for us. Our host was very responsive to any inquiries we may have had. On our arrival, he presented us with a lot of information including electronic links to online information, including maps. We made use of all of his resources when planning out our touring of the area. We highly recommend this house when visit Porto, especially with a group. The host works overtime to make sure that you enjoy your stay!

Wonderful 3 day stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this house! Fernando was amazing as a host; he was there to meet us when we arrived, and provided us with a detailed orientation about the house, as well as many things to do and places to eat in and around Porto. We especially loved the little outdoor area in the backyard; had breakfasts and after dinner drinks. Fernando is also a great communicator; always answering emails/questions prior to our arrival in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Fernando and his property was above and beyond our expectations. Fernando takes such pride in his rental property and his city and it shows in his attention to detail. The digital guestbook that he provided was most helpful. We put it to the test visiting the restaurants nearby (both excellent), the grocery store around the corner (had all the essentials) and must-see tourist spots. Fernando responded quickly to any questions and arranged for our transportation to the airport.

Great place to stay in Porto!
We were utterly amazed by the quality of our experience at this VRBO. The host is so attentive to every detail and is so available if anything goes wrong. His digital guidebook to Porto, which he personally prepared just for his guests, was very helpful. There were six of us -- three couples -- and it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We walked most everywhere, didn't need a car. We were sad to leave!

Immaculate house in Porto
We had three couples stay at this house recently for our time in Porto. We were impressed from the moment we walked in and met Fernando. He was very welcoming an it was obvious from the start that he took great pride in his house and wanted us to have a great stay. The house was immaculately clean and had all of the essentials we needed. Fernando put together a detailed digital guide book that had links to maps and directions and was very comprehensive. He took the time to show us this guide during our initial meeting and it was the most detailed and informative briefings we have ever had. The house is centrally located and while we had a van since we had stayed in several areas of Portugal, we never drove it after we parked. Parking is 20 euro a day at his neighbors garage around the corner, which is a nice option to have since street parking would be difficult. The outdoor patio was nice and the beds were comfortable and the house was quiet, despite being on a busy street. Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay here. If we ever return to Porto, we would stay at Fernando’s house again!

The property is great but first and foremost, Fernando was an amazing host and that is our #1 priority when we travel. Fernando met us at the guest house when we arrived- he gave us a tour of the house and provided us with all the detail to make our stay as great as it was. Since we had a busy travel day, he gave us a great recommendation to grab a quick and inexpensive meal right next door. He created a personalized digital “Guidebook” which became our personal Porto tour guide, it was detailed, linked Google Maps which made getting around easy, provided some great sightseeing/dining experiences and on top of that it was super easy to use. These are the little things that sets Fernando above most other hosts. The property is exactly as advertised; large rooms, private bedrooms with amazing showers, comfy beds (pillows could of been a bit softer but that is a personal preference) very clean and we loved the outdoor area which was great for having drinks and playing cards after a great day in Porto. I would highly recommend this home and when we return to Porto, this will be where we stay. Thank you for everything Fernando!

Pride of Ownership!
This was perfect for hour needs. We had two teens and my parents so everyone had their own room and bathroom! This was key and made for a very comfortable two days in Porto. Fernando was an outstanding host who met us at the guest house when we arrived- he gave us a tour and recommended a place to grab a quick and inexpensive meal- it was outstanding and a fun family style option. I cannot say enough about how perfect this stay was for us. First, the owner, Fernando, is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable. Fernando personally greeted us and helped us get acclimated. He also provided a self made web-based tour guide with everything you can think of including maps, restaurants, tours and more. You can tell this is more than simply a rental to him and that he really cares about his property and the people staying there. The property was formerly run more like a bed and breakfast style hotel, but reimagined as a large 4 bedroom home perfect for 4 couples, larger family or group. Each room is well appointed with its own private bathroom with excellent showers and the best towels that just smack of luxury. We were a group of 3 couples and we were all very happy with this location and stay. The main river walk area is a 20+ minute walk or can be easily accessed by a quick and cheap Uber ride. There are plenty of cafes, shops and grocery within just a few steps making the stay quite nice. Fernando provides excellent communication and is really helpful and caring. As an example, we hit a snag with the transportation strike going on which led to our scheduled train back to Lisbon being cancelled. Fernando was very helpful in helping us find alternate travel options and we made it back. Of all the properties we stayed throughout Portugal on our travels, this one stands far above all the rest for many reasons. Best!

Porto did not disappoint
Very roomy accommodations‼️ Very clean, beds, very comfortable. Fernando was an excellent host. Everything was in tiptop shape. Very easy to walk down to the center of Porto. Market, restaurants, laundry, mat all very close within walking distance. We also rented a car last minute, and Fernando was great in securing a garage for us at a very reasonable rate . Apartment was in a very nice location. We traveled to Porto( myself, husband & young adult daughters) We loved Porto. And as always, not enough time to visit all the beautiful sites. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay in a REAL Rome neighborhood
Large flat, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, big enough for our two families of four. Very clean. Across the street from a bus stop and a 12 minute walk to the metro. Great restaurant right across the street, Nuovo Mondo; my Roman friend says it is her favorite pizza in the city. Air conditioning works great. Beds are very comfortable, and I am high maintenance when it comes to sleep! It is in the first floor, meaning 2nd floor for americans, with three short flights of stairs. Elevator starts after the first flight(so if you are mobility impaired might be an issue). Overall we loved the location in Testaccio, outside the touristy center but walking distance to Trastevere. Can’t wait to come back!

The BEST!
From before we even arrived Fernando is so attentive, kind, and helpful. For our stay in Portugal I rented 3 different homes, in 3 different areas and we all agree that this was our favorite! We loved Porto! We loved this home. The outside area is great and is perfect for a glass of wine after a day of exploring. We celebrated our daughter getting engaged at this house so it will always hold some very special memories to us. I truly can't say enough about how much we loved this house and how wonderful Fernando is!!.

An outstanding hospitality experience
The property is very well maintained Superb location to walk to the center city in 20 min. Loved the backyard, small grocery store in 5 min walking Host Fernando was simply a delight to work with. Fernando and his place are amazing! Four ladies who have traveled together for lots of years and stayed at many VRBOs - and this property is one of the best! Beautifully decorated, very modern and four bedrooms and four bathrooms! It even has outside space which was great for wine/dining and would be super if you had kids. One of the bedrooms in on the first floor which was also nice to have. The kitchen is well furnished. Place is also very conveniently located - you can walk everywhere (altho Uber is super cheap!). And as wonderful as this place is - Fernando is even better! He stayed in communication with us, was there at our arrival, had on online presentation (as well as sent guidebook prior) to sites, etc. He made dinner reservations which we greatly appreciated and enjoyed. In addition, he was always accessible by text or phone. Do not hestitate to book. You will not be disappointed!

22Oporto was perfect for our group of 8 - 4 couples. We each had our own bed and bath. Great dining and lounging area for breakfast and after touring gatherings. Garden area was lovely for eating Al fresco. Fernando was so friendly and helpful and provided a lot of valuable information. He is a great resource when planning a trip to Porto. 2 minute walk to Metro, which made it easy to get around. The walk into the historic district was not bad as it was downhill. Highly recommend!!

From the beginning to the end our host Fernando was excellent. He reached out a couple of days prior to help our transition into Porto go smoothly. He forwarded a highly organized "guide book" that helped us prior and throughout our stay. The accommodation was 5 star all around. Each room has it's own ensuite which suited out party of 6 and was spotless. Fernando helped us to organize a private 3 hour river cruise on the Duro and an exceptional afternoon in the valley. The location of the accommodation is within walking distance of all main attractions, or local transit if needed. We accessed food within 10 steps of the front door. The backyard had a private patio for our use. I would highly recommend Santo Ildefonso.

Brand new apartment
We stayed in Fernando's property for 3 days to spend New Year in Porto, PT. The location is outstanding, a walking distance of Porto's historic downtown district. A grocery store is only 20 ft away. There is also a nice coffee shop just a block away with strong coffee and pastries. The kitchen is well-furnished and clean. A perfect apartment for a group of 6 or 8. All rooms have separate baths and plenty of privacy. I would give a 5-star review for this location. The reason why I gave only 4 has to do with the Portugal tourist tax charged at the time of check-in (2 euros per person/night). I wish I were advised in advance. I don't like surprises. The owner did not accept credit cards, only cash. I also had to pay $20 euros (cash) a day for a parking garage. I did not know parking was not included, perhaps I should have read the footnotes a bit more carefully. Fernando is a great host. He was present at the time of check-in and gave us many important tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat. Thank you.

Em relação as taxas da cidade, essa informação deveria ser dada pela VRBO e nao por mim. quase todas as principais cidades do mundo cobram taxas municipais. Mas mesmo assim, tive o cuidado de te enviar um Link antes da tua chegada, com esta informaçao e um guia da cidade, para te organizares melhor. Wonderful home to spend Christmas with our family
Fernando was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and had enough to make our stay quite comfortable. The location is close to metro and buses for a quick ride into town. There is a well stocked market very close. We would definitely stay here again.
