En couple avec un enfant de 3 ans. Logement indépendant. Une seule chambre, un canapé clic clac est mis à disposition dans le salon mais pas très confortable et un peu juste pour 2 personnes. Le lit de la chambre est bien. Le ménage n'est pas impeccable (des traces de café dans les tasses et vaisselles) et la table sous forme de bar est un peu juste pour 3 personnes. Ca suffit pour une nuit ou deux mais nous n'y resterions pas plus longuement à 3. Accueil bref du gérant. Pas de visite des lieux au départ. Plutôt satisfait.

Host made us very welcome. He was a font of local knowledge and couldn't be more helpful. We were allowed to park our car beyond our check out time which helped a lot as we wanted to explore the town further. Breakfast was excellent. We would fully recommend this lovely B&B.

We had a great two night stay at Brae Mar, Brian made us feel very welcome and was extremely accommodating. The room and B&B was very clean. We had a full breakfast fry each morning. The only negative thing I can say about the entire stay was the basic tv in the room without any option for smart tv/Netflix access. We were extremely happy and would definitely stay again. Reasonably priced and great location.

We had a nice one night stay. The ad was a little confusing. We were staying at a B & B so we assumed breakfast was included. It was not at the apartment just in the main house. Check in was a little confusing. But the place was nice, clean, comfortable. The pillows could use an upgrade. But the hosts were very nice. Even though breakfast was not included he was sorry for the confusion and made us a light breakfast no charge. I would recommend for small families or couples. Very closed to a shopping market and short drive to downtown food and shopping.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 persone per 2 notti nella depandance. Era tutto molto pulito. Il proprietario gentile era disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Essendo un appartamento ogni servizio era presente e funzionante (forno elettrico e micronde, frigorifero, riscaldamento, 2 televisioni e servizi di cortesia per the e caffè). Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene

Needs blinds
We were grateful to be given a larger room. The owner was very nice. Breakfast was nice. The bed was not very comfortable and the curtains were very thin. There were no blinds, so room was bright until 9.30 pm and then bright again from about 4 am. The road was very busy and quite noisy. Supermarket across the road but need car to go to town. Overall fair.
