PLEASE NOTE:
✫ This is a multi-family unit with 2 apartments. Your unit is the top floor apartment. The very friendly, quiet owner lives in the bottom floor apartment. Please be mindful of noise creation and avoid loud noises/music.
✫ For parking there is room for 2 cars on the right side of the house in the driveway. Please no more than the designated car amount as there is not room, and please no parking in the left side driveway (this is for the other apartment), in front of the house, or in any of the neighbors driveways as you may be towed. If you have an additional car, park in the Parrot Ave Lot.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire top floor apartment, plus one parking spot to the right of the house
The Neighborhood:
We are in one of the best neighborhoods in Portsmouth. Quiet, secluded and residential, but a 5 minute walk to downtown. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest!
Getting Around:
We have one off street parking spot available for your car. Otherwise you can walk almost anywhere from our spot.
Other Things to Note:
FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
Note: You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
