„Mary and Dennis are great hosts, easy access to them if needed. The house was great and the location was on the quiet end of the beach which we liked. The house fit all 11 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Liked it so much we already booked it for next year. See you in July 2026“

„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„Decks are a definite plus to this beautiful 2nd floor location. Hampton fireworks can be seen from front deck and sunsets on the back. Lisa is always available and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return. “
