« The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. « A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. « What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would...
