Lors de mes échanges sur le tchat, la personne en charge a fait preuve de beaucoup de sarcasme et n'a apporté aucune compréhension réelle à ma déception. Ensuite, la décoration de la chambre est en décalage par rapport à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, qui est très beau, mais surtout, la propreté de la chambre était OK mais...
