« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« Out initial room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Unacceptable. They moved us to another room but offered nothing in terms of a complimentary breakfast etc. no apology »

« The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.. »

« Everything was stellar! Not only did they have a delicious hot breakfast, but the following: A bag for dirty / wet clothes. The hot tub area was clean and provided clean plentiful towels, in addition to the ones in the hotel. They have food in the lobby, so you do not have to run out to eat. « Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring.
