WOW, this little downtown cottage is SO charming!!! Being a restored 1920s home, it is only a few blocks from Downtown. It has been fully remodeled and thoughtfully furnished with a vintage charm, while having all the amenities of a modern home.

It may be small, but it’s mighty!
Being 400 sq ft, it has all the amenities of a large home.
It has a full kitchen with all the essentials, the most darling kitchen nook, a living room equipped with a smart tv, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and a closet, a fenced private front patio, with a washer and dryer!

The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed, which makes this home perfect for a family with small children.

And did I mention that it’s Pet friendly!?!

You will have to walk down stairs to get to the front door!

The Downtown Daisy sits on one of Prescott’s oldest roads. Being only a few blocks from Whiskey Row, yet only a 5 minute drive from many hiking and biking trails, this is a rare opportunity where you truly get the best of both worlds!
It’s tucked away from the main road, nestled behind one of our other homes. But don’t worry, you will still have plenty of privacy!

*note: the front home is another listing of ours called “Downtown Birdie”. The driveway is shared.

You do have onsite parking but the front unit is a rental as well! Please park to the left side of the driveway!

We wish to respect your privacy, however we live locally incase you need anything!

GPS should take you right to this home with no problems. When you arrive and turn into the dirt driveway, your designated parking spot will be at the very end of the driveway. There is only one parking spot designed for this home, however there is additional street parking just around the corner.

Exterior Security Camera Disclosure

Please note that there is an exterior security camera located on the property facing the outdoor stairway. This camera is in place for guest safety and liability purposes, allowing us to document any potential falls, accidents, or other incidents that may occur in this area.

The camera monitors only the designated outdoor stairway area and does not record any interior spaces. Guest safety and privacy are important to us, and we want to ensure full transparency regarding its presence.

#2: Something Big: $80/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candels, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, champagne/sparkling cider, a large bear, and heart balloons.
