Preveza Extravaganza
We stayed 4 night and had a fabulous time. The rooms are a good size and a balcony with table and chairs. It’s a nice and quiet area. The pool is huge with loungers and umbrellas. They do have a server to bring you drinks/coffee. There is a lot of green marble everywhere so be careful walking. The ladies serving breakfast and dinner were excellent! So kind and helpful. Location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Good sleeping quality and nice pool
We had a nice stay in this classical hotel. The personal was very friendly. The new bed mattress were very good to sleep in. The morning swim in the pool was very pleasant. Sownsides: There were some individual insects in the room. Also the carpet need more thorough vacuuming also behind the furniture. Also as a surprise there were some electrical scooters available on the entrance of the hotel which may be used eg to visit the city center. The ktel bus station may be reached also by foot .

No value for money
There was a wedding party with extremely loud music till 4am or later. Impossible to sleep through the noise. no warning ahead of this. Nice swimming pool, but no hot running water in hotel at 8pm so we had to take cold shower before diner. There was no airport shuttle service as was suggested by the website. Food buffet was okay, but quite expensive at eur20 per person given choice of food.

Το ξενοδοχείο αποτελεί μια πολύ καλή επιλογή, βρίσκεται σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Τα δωμάτια είναι ωραία και καθαρά, η πισίνα επίσης πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Στα κατά θα έβαζα το ότι αν και η θέα είναι πανέμορφη, στη θάλασσα δεν μπορείς να κάνεις μπάνιο, πρέπει να πας αλλού με μεταφορικό μέσο απαραιτήτως, καθώς και το πρωινό στο οποίο δεν υπήρχαν επιλογές καφέ, παρά μόνο φίλτρου. Οποιαδήποτε άλλη επιλογή χρεωνόταν έξτρα, πράγμα που δεν το έχω ξανασυναντήσει σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο.

Ένα από τα πιο νοσταλγικά ξενοδοχεία της Πρέβεζας
Η τοποθεσία εκπληκτική. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει γνωρίσει και ενδοξότερες εποχές. Μεγάλο εστιατόριο, μπαρ και πισίνα, όχι πλήρως αξιοποιημενα. Πρωινό αξιοπρεπές. Wifi ελεύθερο, αλλά μέτριο. Τριγύρω υπάρχουν κάποιες ψαροταβέρνες, αλλά κυρίως η Πρέβεζα, που διαψεύδει τον Καρυωτάκη με την ομορφιά της.

I made the reservation last minute with the property as our bus got delayed and was suprised that the women at the reception was ready to welcome us and make a quick check-in since it was late. Good breakfast buffet and nice pool. I would argue that the location is not the best, since its a little far to the beach and the Taxi fares to the airport and bus station was too much (ripped off by Taxi drivers)

Vår vistelse var utmärkt! Maten, rummet, poolen och hotellet i allmänhet var väldigt bra. Var lite svårt att kommunicera med dem i receptionen men det ordnade sig! Tar 40 minuter att gå till stan men vägen dit är via havet så det var de värt!

Brief visit to Greece
Staff was friendly and spoke English rather well, check-in and out went without issues. The overall experience of the stay was good. The room was clean and held an expected standard for this type of hotel, air conditioning worked but was a little bit under powered for my taste. Breakfast was a bit disappointing some of the dishes that are supposed to be warm was made in advance and stone cold (eggs, pancakes etc.) The pool area had enough room and we did not have any issues getting sunbeds. The bar staff were service minded and the hotel offered drinks for a decent price. The views was nice, however we felt that the pool could have been cleaned a bit better (algae and such). Location wise it is about a 10-15 minute walk into the the city center in Preveza, the views and surroundings are very beautiful and we felt that the best way was to walk along the sea all the way to the guest harbor bear in mind though that there are no sidewalks for parts of the road and that the traffic is quite intensive especially on working days.

Super location - terrible carpets!
Great location with helpful staff. The bedroom smelt of smoke and the carpet was dreadful - black with dirt. The corridor of the third floor was also in urgent need of replacement. The bathroom was clean and what I’d have expected of a hotel of this quality. The swimming pool was of a good size but swimming was difficult with so many children using the safety lifebelts as toys. Because of the location and price I’d like to use the hotel again, but will look elsewhere first.

Stop showing a nice clean pool it's stagnant.
All the promos show a beautiful clean pool what I got was a smelly dirty big hole with a broken light and stagnant water. No explained why ! Also went to restaurant as too far out of town sent from person to person but everyone too busy with bus groups so walked out no dinner for me. Reviews from December said new carpets over winter. Which winter? As floor 3 old worn out still in April. Staff at front desk very nice. Towels in bathroom excellent.

A Very Nice Place to Stay in Preveza
No major complaints about the hotel. Clean, everything in good repair, nice pool, nice rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. Parking was in short supply, but it didn't affect me as I used a motorscooter for transport. But if you're going to stay there, you'll need some kind of private transport because it is not within reasonable walking distance of the center of town with shops, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Also, although there is WiFi, reception was a bit weak in my room and even weaker by the pool.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι συνολικά. Το πρωινό είναι εκπληκτικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Επίσης, γίνεται καθημερινή καθαριότητα στους ορόφους. Η μόνη μας παρατήρηση είναι η μοκέτα που υπάρχει σε όλους τους διαδρόμους και στα δωμάτια η οποία είναι σε κακή κατάσταση και χαλάει ίσως την γενικότερη καλή εικόνα. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης με το αυτοκίνητο. Τέλος, η θάλασσα που αναφέρεται πως βρίσκεται σε λίγα μέτρα απόσταση σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν είναι θάλασσα που μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει μπάνιο. Είναι πιο πολύ σαν μικρό λιμανάκι (όχι ιδιαίτερα θελκτικό). Παρ' όλα αυτά, με το αυτοκίνητο η θάλασσα δεν απέχει πολύ. Τέλος, το wifi στο δικό μας δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε.

Hela hotellet luktade mögel. Det var mögel i badrummet på rummet, på kakel och duschdraperi. Det var spindelnät i taket, gammalt hår och damm på golvet, äcklig heltäckningsmatta med både smutsfläckar och blekningsfläckar. Sängen var ok, det var väl det enda som städats, och frukosten var ok även den. Riktigt dålig upplevelse, stannade som tur är bara en natt.

Στο ξενοδοχείο έχω μείνει πολλές φορές στα επαγγελματικά μου ταξίδια στην περιοχή. Το Hotel Margarona είναι ένα αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα στην περιοχή γιά δουλειές, εξορμήσεις στην περιοχή, οικογενειακές διακοπές κ.λ.π. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και μπορείς πραγματικά να ξεκουραστείς. Τα δωμάτια είναι όμορφα και καθαρά. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο σε ότι χρειάζεσαι. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Διαθέσιμο άνετο πάρκινγκ χωρίς να ταλαιπωριέσαι. Άνετη βεράντα να πιείς τον καφέ σου με θέα την λιμνοθάλασσα της Μαργαρώνα. Διαθέτει μεγάλη πισίνα και χώρους. Καλό και γρήγορο ίντερνετ.
