« Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. « My husband and I and our 2 dogs, along with my parents, stayed in this lovely home for a night, in our way back home from Florida.The Franklin/Leiper's Fork area is where we often stay on our way South from Ohio as it's a great middle ground area. Franklin and Leiper's Fork is absolutely a beautiful place! So much to do whether it be just lookimg at all of the beautiful homes, shopping, listening to live music, or eating something delicious, it's a wonderful area!The home is spacious and...

« Response was good when we had trouble with the door lock. The washer leaked and we had to go downstairs from the kitchen to use the microwave. Much smaller than we anticipated and several stairs for us old folks. Accommodations were clean but overly decorated crowded with furniture and accessories. Very, very small fenced in area for the dog and several pieces of furniture in the area. »

« The fridge leaked the entire time we were there soaking 2 towels a day. We reported the problem on arrival also that the handle on the fridge was broken awe placed in the top of fridge. The heat never worked we had to go purchase blankets to stay warm. »
