« Unable to stay due to roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area and refrigerator. Host tried to make it seem like it could have been an issue with the cleaner. There was also old milk in the fridge so who knows how long that was in there. Owner promised a refund but has not followed through. Additionally, was not able to reach host until day of arrival for access details. Arrived and found the property in the backyard of another house without dedicated parking which was not mentioned when booking....

« Clean room, Staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep. »
