Un refuge coloré des Caraïbes, à quelques pas de la superbe Pelican Beach, Leeward. Cocodemer est une charmante maison de style caribéen située dans des jardins paysagers privés au sein de la communauté fermée de Leeward, Providenciales. Cette retraite colorée des Caraïbes est située à quelques pas de la plage isolée de Pelican. À cette extrémité tranquille de la célèbre Grace Bay, les visiteurs sont tentés par des eaux turquoise inoubliables, un sable blanc immaculé et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Promenez-vous sur le rivage à la recherche de coquilles de conques, observez les pélicans plonger à la recherche des poissons, plongez en plongée libre dans des eaux cristallines ou détendez-vous simplement avec une boisson fraîche et le doux bruit des vagues qui chevauchent le rivage.

Le Cocodemer est situé à quelques minutes de route de Grace Bay, à proximité du club de golf de Provo et à proximité des locations de voitures, des restaurants locaux, des bars et d'un supermarché gastronomique. Avec seulement dix minutes en voiture, les visiteurs peuvent se retrouver au cœur des magasins pour touristes, des banques, des agences de location de vélos, des glaciers et d’autres attractions. Leeward propose des services de ferry sécuritaires et efficaces vers les îles voisines et une multitude d'opportunités pour explorer le parc national Princess Alexandra, au-dessus et au-dessous de l'eau. Depuis la marina sous le vent, les aventuriers peuvent également profiter de l’opportunité de faire du kayak ou du paddle à travers les mangroves, de la voile, du jet ski et de la plongée avec les experts.

Cocodemer peut occuper une famille de 4 personnes dans cette maison de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain. Ses chambres avec salle de bains peuvent accueillir 2 couples confortablement.

Notre villa récemment décorée est équipée d'une cuisine complète comprenant des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une cafetière, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, de la vaisselle, du verre et des ustensiles. Son espace de vie ouvert et confortable comprend un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner, une table à manger, un canapé super confortable, une télévision intelligente à écran plat Philips avec Netflix; tout offre détente et confort complet loin de chez soi. Avec une véranda bien dimensionnée, les visiteurs peuvent contempler paisiblement les étoiles, lire un livre, siroter un verre de vin et planifier leur prochain voyage. Les visiteurs peuvent profiter d'une piscine privée. Machine à laver sur place et ligne de lavage aérée disponible. Accès Wifi disponible dans toute la maison et au bord de la piscine. A gem, with fantastic hosts!
The property, home, and pool are more spacious than the pictures. We found the opposite to be true for the gps maps (including satellite images) where Pelican/Sunset beach, Grace Bay resort area, Bight etc. are much closer than they seem! You will need a car, which we enjoyed having to explore the island at our leisure. David greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home and property to familiarize us with everything. The home is very private but also close to all you want and need. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions we had about the area/amenities. The veranda offered a wonderful cross-breeze and relaxing sounds. We had fun with the kids in the pool and there was a fun rinse station to wash sand and salt from your hair and skin before getting in the pool. The bedrooms were perfect for us and the couch was so comfy that each of us fell asleep there at some point. There are some new features/updates that are not shown in the pictures. For example, the kitchen now has a longer narrow charming table acting as the island. There is adorable patio furniture too. They decorate very nice. There were books, magazines, games, cards, puzzles to keep us all engaged. I can’t say enough great things about the home, area and hosts. It was absolute bliss for me, my husband, our 15yo full-blown teenage daughter (who embraced the family time without us asking) and our 9yo daughter who loved all the nature surrounding us. You will not be disappointed here!

Beautiful Leeward stay
A beautiful and comfortable house in a the absolute best and most beautiful neighborhood in Provo. David and Amanda were outstanding hosts and communicated with us all the way up to our greeting on the property. House is spacious and well appointed for our stay. We did a combination of eating out and cooking in and the kitchen has everything you need. Chairs, umbrella and a cooler were waiting for our beach excursions. Thank you once again David and Amanda!

Extended Vacation in Paradise
We stayed in Leeward in this sweet little home with a private pool for 5 weeks. Some friends joined us during 3 of the weeks and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. The property is located in the quiet neighborhood of Leeward at the east end of Providenciales. You will want to have a car here. There are plenty of restaurants , shopping and beaches within a few minutes drive of the house. You can also walk to the beach - but we found it easier to drive. There are many beaches on the island -- all quite beautiful - we loved going to Smith's Reef where you can find shade and the snorkeling is pretty good. Our favorite restaurants were - the Ocean Club for beautiful sunsets; Bugaloos for a gorgeous view great service and food; Rickie's Flamingo Cafe for good food and nice beach access. Be sure to do some boat tours -- we loved the Big Blue Collective's full day snorkeling tour to West Caicos. Also - be sure to visit Mudjin Beach on Middle Caicos -- you take the ferry over to North Caicos then rent a car and drive through sparsely populated Middle Caicos to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Many thanks to David and Amanda who are the perfect hosts. They were always available to help us or answer questions. We hope to come back and see them again!

Fantastic Villa and Hosts
Villa, location and hosts were wonderful. Communications during visit were excellent. Suggestions and recommendations on where to eat, snorkel and visit were all very much appreciated. Provo January 2023
This was our first trip to TCI and we had no idea what to expect when we booked this house. This house far exceeded our expectations in every way possible. First and foremost, the house is beautiful and very comfortable, as well as in a great location with beautiful Pelican Beach just a short walk away. We found that the house had every amenity that you could ask for including a very comfy sofa and two queen size beds (bedrooms) downstairs with excellent air-conditioning. Adding to this beautiful house was a screened in porch on the upper level that overlooked the beautiful pool that you have all to yourself. To go along with the pool is a gas grill and an outdoor table that we used as well. The icing on top of our stay was meeting our host David and his beautiful family. Communication with David could not have been better and he was very helpful in every way possible. We cannot wait to come back to Provo and we will absolutely love to stay in this house again.

We had a great family vacation with a 2 week stay here. House was well accommodated and in a safe and great neighborhood close to the beach. We rented a car and explored the island’s many beaches which I highly recommend. The pool was a great way to relax in the evenings and grilled out poolside multiple nights. David and Amanda were very nice and informative and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Host but lots of ants/bugs
I waited until now to write my review because I wanted to be completely honest so I was not sure if I wanted to write a review at all but I felt I had to be fair and pass the truth on to another family so here it goes.. David and Amanda were absolutely lovely from the time of booking . The décor in the home was well put together and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a nice touch for my adult and teenage children and the screened porch was a plus for dining. The downside is that the house is full with small ants everywhere with exception of the restrooms, they are on the counters, couch and table in the kitchen and anywhere they can find a live or dead bug or food. There was another type of bug in the bed that we discovered after being bit over and over( not a bed bug). I did wash the sheets with my own detergent but they came the next night as well. I did inform David who told me he was home sick so he could not come over witch I completely understood but offer Amanda to come after she got home but after realizing David was sick I declined due to Covid just to be safe. You can’t put food down to even have the family wash their hands without ants being present. It was very uncomfortable and time consuming looking for bugs/ ants constantly before sleeping, sitting and eating and constantly spraying. I told David about the ants and he sent over a can of flying bug spray that did kill the ants that were present but did not stop them from coming back. I kept all doors closed at all time specifically because my son swells tremendously when bit by mosquitoes and Ck ourselves for bugs after returning. The upstairs in the home was extremely hot due there being no air conditioning at all up stairs but there is air conditioning downstairs in the bedroom and bathroom area. There is a washer but it is very old and outside of the home on the side there is no dryer but a clothes line is provided. The home is an upside down home and is well kept on the inside besides it needing to be cleaned better( hair in the tub, floors needed to be mopped and shower needed to be cleaned) but nothing perfect rite? David did ask if we left the doors open and mentioned he never had this problem before with the bugs just a few ants but I’m m honestly not sure about that looking at the past reviews and after my stay. My family made the best of it and did enjoy Turks. Again thank you for everything but I needed to be honest so that others would know what to expect.

Bottom line,.... Booked it! You will not go wrong.
The place is a home that is rented out when not in use so it's well taken care of. The location is great!!!!. David is warm and welcoming. His knowledge of the island is spot on. He gave us direction to our own secluded beach, amazing!!!. I thought the private pool would be a game changer but the enclose patio is the real gem.... Two very small negative, hard mattress and bring some bug spray if you hang by the pool.

Beautiful Home in Provo
We enjoyed our stay at the Cocodemer villa very much. It’s a beautifully appointed home, super clean and sunny, with a lovely veranda to enjoy the gentle breeze of Leeward Providenciales. The owners are such excellent and caring hosts. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the home was convenient to explore Pelican Beach and the surrounding Grace Bay area. Highly recommend for a family trip to Provo!

Welcome To Your Own Private Slice of Paradise
This is a beautiful private property located in Leeward. There were several beaches in the development that you have access to, Sunset Beach and Pelican beach, just a 5 minute walk from the house. The house has a pool which was very enjoyable. We went Kayaking to the mangroves where we saw sharks, turtles and fish. You can go on a tour or just rent as we did . That is a 5 minute drive away. Our hosts David and Amanda were awesome and available to answer any questions we had. What a privilege to stay in their beautiful home with island breezes circulating through the home and screened in upper deck where we had all our meals. The beds were comfortable and both bedrooms had air conditioning if needed. The rooms had on suite baths making it perfect for two couples or a family. The house was equip with everything you need for a great vacation. The home has several ceiling fans which we found created just the right temperature during our stay. A gem of a property.

The house and pool were great. And the screened in porch was absolutely perfect way to enjoy the evenings. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It is very close to Pelican and Sunset beaches, and just a quick drive to Grace Bay area and Long Bay Beach.

Phenomenal beach house and excellent hosts!
David and Amanda truly made our first time experience in Turks and Caicos one of the best vacations to date! The pool was so refreshing and used daily. A five minute walk to the beach and or short Jeep ride to downtown gave us plenty of options for dinner and night life. David’s recommendations for eateries and places to snorkel were certainly appreciated and we took advantage of them all. Was very nice to have our own vehicle, for getting around the island. We are great cooks and it was convenient to have everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Groceries are very expensive on the island, so I suggest bringing plenty of lunch meat, cheese, bacon, and bread, as well as what legal bottles of booze you’re allowed to pack. We are literally in the process of planning our next visit, because there’s so much more to see and do. I give this VRBO a 5 star experience and thought about giving it only a 1 star, so that no one would want to go and we’d have it all to ourselves 🤣 Just kidding ; )

Perfect piece of paradise
What a fabulous find Cocodemer is! The house exceeds expectations; photos don’t do it justice. The location was perfect; walk to Pelican Beach, or a literal 2 minute drive to gorgeous Sunset Beach, 5 minutes tops to Grace Bay, grocery store and all sorts of restaurants, less than 20 minutes from the airport. We lived on the screen porch, the pool was delightful and the beach ….well it’s indescribable! David and Amanda are top notch hosts (we’ve rented plenty of homes on VRBO, and they take the top spot). So responsive to any questions both before and after we arrived. House has everything you need to relax and enjoy this beautiful island. Wish we were back there now!

Perfect winter getaway
There are so many great things to say about this beautiful home on Providenciales! Checkin was easy, the location is a great home base for exploring the island (rent a car!). Beaches are close-by, snorkeling was fantastic and we loved having the pool after getting back from beach. Of all the places we've rented over the years, this home had the most comfortable furniture, the best beach vacation vibe, with great kitchen and dining areas, and screen porch where we could enjoy dinner outside and play games. The bedrooms both have their own bathroom, and they stay cool (AC works great and is quiet). I would stay here again without a doubt! We loved it

Beautiful place
David and Amanda’s house is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay at their place. The house is located maybe 10min drive from Grace Bay beach, in a private community. The house has a second floor screened porch in which we spent our evenings, we played cards and relaxed enjoying the breeze. Also, the pool was great and it was private. David was at the house to welcome us when we arrived and told us to let him know if we had any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time at Turks and Caicos, and we would love to come back again.

Wonderful stay at Cocodemere
It was our first time renting Cocodemere and it was lovely. It has everything you need and the hosts, David and Amanda are there to help at anytime. We especially loved the screened in porch area where we could sit and enjoy morning coffee or meals throughout the day with gorgeous cross breezes. We only wish we were still there!

This is our seventh trip to TCI and have stayed at various resorts and another home. Cocodemer however is the first place that felt like our home away from home. The house was great and had everything you could need. From an umbrella and chairs, to snorkels and a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The beach is within walking distance and the pool was great to have for dipping and relaxing. David and Amanda are awesome hosts! We are hoping to return same time next year!

Lovely villa and gracious hosts
We stayed at this villa for 7 days. As others have mentioned, the house is even better than it appears in the photos. The living area and kitchen are much bigger than the photos suggest. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the house is elegantly decorated. The pool is large - not a plunge pool. It's located in a quiet safe neighborhood near to Pelican Beach. David and Amanda were kind, generous and thoughtful. I personally found the lack of AC on the top floor to be challenging at times but my daughters had no problems with it. The screen porch gets a lovely soft breeze and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. The bedrooms have quiet efficient AC I highly recommend this villa!

We had such a great time at David's and Amanda's house. The location is great...close to everything, even you can walk to the beach! We enjoyed the pool before and after coming from the beach. Also, there's a beautiful screened balcony/deck for relaxation. Such a nice house and hosts!

Quite, relaxing and spacious.
The house and overall property is fantastic. David and Amanda are great hosts. While the photos are very accurate the place is even better than the photos can show. Lots of space to spread out both inside and outside. Huge screened in deck on the top floor was one of our favorite areas. Short walk to the beach for some time in the sand. Highly recommend.

Great location
Birdie Lane is exactly as listed - colourful, Caribbean feel and very spacious. It offered comfortable living space especially the screened-in porch, where we spent many hours. It was in a safe neighbourhood and walking distance to beautiful beaches. David and Amanda were the perfect hosts, readily available and helpful. Our only recommendation would be to add comfortable seating around the pool to complete an otherwise lovely home. Thank you David and Amanda for your many kindnesses.
