The area is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you need.



Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Providenciales International Airport (PLS), about 10 miles away. Drive time varies based on traffic. The villa has parking on-site. Taxis and rental cars are available, and many top attractions, beaches, and restaurants are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- The cost of electricity in the Turks and Caicos Islands has always been significantly higher than in many other destinations. Recent global increases in fuel prices have driven these costs to an unprecedented level. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the air conditioning (AC). If the AC is operating, please ensure that all doors and windows remain fully closed.

- The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to USD 60.00 per day in electricity usage. On the final day of your stay, the electricity meter will be read, and any consumption exceeding this daily allowance will be charged to the card on file at a rate of USD 0.60 per kWh. For accuracy, a photo of the meter will be taken on the day of your arrival and again on your departure to confirm total usage.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur an $800 USD penalty.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Pets are not allowed.
