The unit was not exactly as the pictures showed. Though it was of recent construction, the lack of maintenance was evident. Toilet paper/towel fixtures/sink drain plugs broken, master bathroom sink did not drain, master shower had no water pressure, 2/3 toilets plugged and needed plunging, a/c unit in second bedroom was extremely noisy and even when we asked to have someone look at it, no one came. The screen sliding doors did not work well- most we could not open at all. Overall effects of corrosion were seen: peeling paint on the oven door, door handles/fixtures etc. Pool maintenance guy did not come until the 3rd day. The unit was stocked well in terms of kitchen gadgets/dishes etc, but overall unit was 3 star at best.
