Villa YOLO (You Only Live Once) is a short walk away from two of the most sought-after beach locations in Providenciales; Leeward Beach, Sunset Beach, and Pelican Beach, part of world-famous Grace Bay Beach on the eastern end.

RATE CALCULATION - We rent exclusively to one party at at time, no sharing. If only Main House is rented, the guest suite is closed off.
Villa rates are for six (6) persons in the Main House. When additional persons are added to the inquiry, to a max of 10, the rate will increase on your quote, adding the Guest Suite, which has 2 Queen beds in separate rooms (one in the living and one in the bedroom).
Christmas and New Year's rate is for the entire villa; the additional guest fee will be deducted if it generates on the VRBO quote.

FEES
Cleaning - $450 is charged for departure clean. We offer a complimentary mid-week clean for weekly stays. Property Fee - $250 This is used to assist with the power and propane usage.

The Villa is custom-finished throughout, with designer touches. Bold Caribbean colors evoke the 'Live Out Loud' feeling of exhilaration and freedom. It features four separate bedrooms, including a private, self-contained Guest Suite off the large screened patio.
The palm-planted backyard features a Pool (39 feet; beach entry, swim-up bar area), shady cabana, fire pit, multi-zone music system, and BBQ grill.
Welcome to Leeward, one of Turks and Caicos' most desirable neighbourhoods, a gated community with CCTV cameras monitoring the roads 24/7 and night patrol. Marina, Golf Club, Casinos, Grace Bay bars, restaurants, shopping, and resorts are all within easy reach. Parking is free, and beaches are public.

There is a strong wifi signal indoors and out, a Smart TV and Apple TV box offering access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney +, and Apple movie / TV accounts, and a multi-zone music system. A portable Bluetooth speaker, board games, and more round off your fantastic vacation in the sunshine.

Plus ample parking, Laundry facilities, ceiling fans, and Air conditioning throughout. Beach umbrellas, Beach chairs, Beach wagon, linen, and towels are included, as are Discounted boat tours. Utility costs are included in the rental - YOLO has no hidden fees.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
YOLO's location is the beach, beach, and more beaches. No need to drive; take a quiet stroll to the East or the West of the Villa to powdery white sand, turquoise, gin-clear water, and bask in the Turks and Caicos, Grace Bay beach, and sunshine. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon are provided.

On entering YOLO, an open concept Living and Dining with majestic ceilings and large glass doors to a shaded patio reveal the backyard Oasis complete with a spectacular pool, gradual 'beach' entry on one side, and steps on the other, flanked by a circular Pool Cabana and mature palms. Our guests can enjoy sipping daiquiris or our local Turks Head beer from the swim-up pool bar area. At night, please take advantage of our balmy Endless Summer climate to dine outside and chill in the whirlpool or beside the fire pit while gazing at the expansive array of twinkling stars in the skies above. Wow, this is the life - a Turks and Caicos life!

The decor, spaciousness of the open concept living space, separate private Guest Suite, and large well-equipped outdoor Pool deck with 'beach entry' Pool, Poolside Cabana, Fire Pit, and Whirlpool, plus excellent beach access, combine to deliver a perfect Caribbean getaway.

The Villa is cooled by split air condition units and has excellent natural lighting. The wifi is strong throughout the Villa and pool deck area.
