„Fantastic communication with host. Property was exactly as advertised. Clean. Check in process is slow, but not at the host's control. I assumed there was parking as I had stayed in the same complex before, but was hassled by the door guy as he told me there was no parking assigned to the unit and obviously was making it as if he was doing me a favor (expecting money-usual DR stuff).“

„The apartment was very nice, everything as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked. The amenities including the pool and beach were very well maintained. Great communication with property manager. The check in process is smooth, but if you're arriving at the same time as other groups be prepared to wait a little. Overall great location and look forward to returning. “

„We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. „On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement.“

Our stay during the 2 days was really excellent, except for the price which was a little too high but beside that nothing to complain about. The 2 bedrooms apartment was super clean and looks beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the place and was extremely satisfied.“
