Hotel Province du Kalimantan

« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise. »

« Shopping Mall next door and the area is covered in case of rain. Downside is thecrestaurant/cafe has beer but no staff to serve it sometimes. I had a beer the first night but from then on the claimed they had none, »
