The property is located on the second floor. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to reach the property. Parking is available on-site and accessible 24 hours a day. Arrival is flexible, and guests may check in or check out at any time.

The property is located within a gated community of houses, mostly inhabited by local residents and retired individuals. It is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Please note that to reach Casa 905-7, it is necessary to go up one flight of stairs.

Guests will have free access to all facilities of the property. We kindly ask that you respect the condominium rules and maintain a peaceful environment so as not to disturb the stay of other residents.

During your stay at Casa 905-9, our team will be available to assist you with anything you need. A member of our team will personally greet you to hand over the keys and will be present again at the end of your stay to collect them. Regarding cleaning service, the house is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. We do not offer daily cleaning service; however, for longer stays, additional cleanings are scheduled and you can also request cleanings during your stay at an extra cost.
