The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities you need to never leave the resort. However, it was a ways away from the shopping and restaurants in Cancun. They do have taxis waiting outside the gate for convenience.

There are some important things to keep in mind about this resort. There isn’t much of a beach area at this resort and the water does not look too nice…. The housekeeping Shorted on towels part of the time… And they never refilled the fridge with beer or water. At every bar beer is given as a draft…. And all drinks are served in reusable cups.. you see the person behind the bar “ Wash” The cups, which they really do not do…. They also do not provide straws, which makes it even worse with the reusable cups they do not really wash. My friends and I also experienced G.I. issues throughout the trip due to the food.

I will be honest with my review. This is the first resort i Mexico that I was disappointed a lot. The rooms and grounds were nice BUT the food was not cooked well, it did not have any good taste and variety of food was minimal. Buffet exists only for breakfast. Me and my husband went for a dinner to french restaurant and then my husband had nausea and diarrhea the next day. I saw a child holding his stomach one evening. The chef in this resort is not competent. The only restaurant where you can eat like normal person was italian restaurant. Another minus is that their shows in the evening go way past 9pm sometimes until 11pm and they are loud. I could not fall asleep with loud music and karaoke.

The resort was very clean and staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, large and well kept up. Has several different pools but only one has a swim up bar. The adult only pool did not have a bar nearby. All the food was good.

This property is solid and good for families. The “beach” is an absolute disaster and in no way a real beach. The water slides are fun and my son loved it. The real kicker is how bad the food was. I know all inclusives generally don’t have a good reputation for food, but the food here is terrible. There is nothing good to eat.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Every day we saw staff cleaning and doing lawn maintenance. The food was not good which is why I took off 1 star. Very bland, no flavour. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good. The Mexican restaurant was the only decent option for dinner and the fresh omelette station at breakfast. Coffee shop baristas were great and remembered my morning coffee order even though I was only there for 4 days. Pastries at the coffee shop always hit the spot! Drinks were watered down, not once did I get a good buzz. Overall I did enjoy the stay but would pick a resort with better food next time.

This place was gorgeous and the staff were great, but the food poisoning me and my girlfriend got from the place was terrible. She was sick completely by the 2nd day and me completely by the 3rd day and the staff didn’t do anything but offer a Gatorade. We were sick and pretty much miserable the rest of the trip on bed rest, the food isn’t safe nor good. Not to mention the biggest thing. My girlfriend got $100 stolen from her purse in the room by I’m assuming the cleaning ladies. They said there doing an investigation so we’ll see what happens.

The buffet isn't open every day, the food at other restaurants isn't tasty, only the seafood restaurant is good. There are no daily activities for guests. The beach is really bad, can't swim. The seating arrangement at the restaurant for a large group of people is not reasonable.

Our first time in Mexico and our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We loved what this place had to offer and enjoyed our stay but we also felt that we were robbed of our time for some “presentation”. Pros: Very nice and spacious rooms. Our room was serviced, cleaned and restocked daily. We had an ocean view room and we loved where it was located in the resort. Multiple restaurants to choose from that offered Gluten Free options (my husband had celiac), there weren’t many but there were some which we appreciated. The staff were so nice and friendly. Quiet area as this resort is a bit in a secluded section. Cons: My husband and I made the mistake of saying yes to an offer to “tour” another Hyatt resort which we were informed would be about an hour and 90 minutes long. We ended being out for almost 5 hours. This was a presentation to sign up for a new loan so you can be part of their club. We felt robbed of our time for our anniversary vacation that we’ve saved up on. This left a bad taste for us, we felt betrayed. Never again will we fall for it. Instead of us heading to Tulum to explore, we went home feeling disappointed and tricked. Another thing about the resort is the beach is not as clean as others. There are lots of seaweed. The resort is also far from other places so book an excursion as taxis are very expensive. Overall, we made the best of our time here for our first wedding anniversary but we will most likely not come back to a Hyatt in the near future.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend! The facilities and grounds were well taken care of and clean. The pools were great, but the beach was small and not in the best condition. The staff was very kind and welcoming in all aspects of service. The food was pretty good, but there were some long wait times depending on the restaurant and time of day. Drinks were great. Also had some night entertainment activities.
