Sonoran Spa N703 is a luxurious beachfront, oceanfront condo located in the Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach, Puerto Peñasco. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a king bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size sectional with a chaise sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating up to 4 adults comfortably.

The condo offers amazing views of the ocean, beach, and resort pools from a private terrace equipped with a lounge chair and a high-top table with chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, making it convenient for preparing meals. Both the living room and bedroom have large flat-panel smart TVs, and there is a safe in the primary bedroom for added security. The unit also boasts brand new cold air conditioning for comfort.

The Sonoran Spa Resort itself provides numerous amenities including a private beach, pools, hot tubs, a full-service restaurant known as Sonoran Grill, an onsite spa, fitness center, and 24/7 gated security. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!
