My family has been going to Rocky Point for 20 years and we have never stayed at such a dirty ran down unit ever! Besides having to have service on the refrigerator and television in the family room, the sheets, comforter, pillows and bed protector had stains and smelled horrible. 1/4 pillows had a pillow protector on it and after pulling off the sheets and bedding, they smelled and were stained beyond belief. We stayed up til 1 am just trying to clean before we could fall asleep. The mattress in the master suite was hard, you could feel the springs, and squeaked terribly . The next morning my husband ran to the store to buy all new bedding , not a mattress. Enough said about all of that. The metal outdoor chairs are all falling apart and there is fresh metal protruding into the seat area and is very dangerous especially if you have kids. The bath towels were thin, grey in color and we had 1 washcloth per bathroom. Those also needed to be washed before use and we purchased new for our stay. The view from the balcony over looks the tops of the villas. This was the least of our troubles. Best of luck and plan to bring your own linens.
