Tres belle hôtel ! A quelques pas de la plage. A proximité des restaurants, des bars et des attraits touristiques. Propre et calme avex un tres belle piscine.

Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms clean and spacious. My only negative comment is that the shower needs to be updated. I would definitely recommend Casa Maria and will stay again!

We stayed three nights. Not overly crowded and pool was right at our door. What we didn’t like was we didn’t have full control of the AC so had to go to the front desk a few times and had no hot water. Would stay again

Everything was perfectly fine. The only thing I had an issue with was minor. The light coming from the air conditioner was really brite when trying to sleep. You have to ask the front desk to turn the illumation off with master remote.

Great location, though a little steep walking up the hill. Pool/bar area was awesome, always very clean and well staffed. Nice and quiet even in the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood around it. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is a quiet and cool oasis in the busy Zona Romantica in PV. The pool is surrounded by ground level rooms and the bar, which is super convenient, and is decorated with very bright painting. The rooms are a bit older, but are well maintained and very clean. The area is right in the middle of Zona Romanitca, the LGBTQ friendly / old town of PV, and you are a stones thrown from many great restaurants and the beach. Ava the bartender is friendly and nice to spend some time with, and the bar has great guac!

Great location and good place to stay. Adults only is such a great benefit for a relaxing time by the pool. Would have been nice to know there was a pool bar. Prices of the bar are similar to places nearby. Rooms were great. Free coffee and pastry were given. Overall was great experience and will stay here again

Very cute and nicely maintained hotel! Can’t thank the staff enough for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located right in the romantic zone yet still nice and quiet if you wanted to escape. Pool and facilities are well maintained and never had issues with the cleanliness of our room. They always did such a good job to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible. Drink prices were a bit pricey but that just seems to be the common theme in PV unfortunately. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Not a lot of pool room, very small boutique hotel. Pool bar, but no food service. Lots of places to eat close by. No coffee in the room. If you are looking for a resort stay.. this is not the place.

We loved this little gem a couple blocks from the beach and in the romanic zone. :) Rooms were small but cute and clean, art everywhere, and friendly people out by the pool and bar. We will for sure be back!

Beautiful gem in a sea of options.
Casa Maria is doing a lot with a little. My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff (most), especially Eva, is very fun and friendly. My only complaint would be when dealing with a necessary reservation change they were unable to make adjustments to my bill and charged me for 7 nights while I only stayed 4. Still dealing with this as I write my review.

This was a great experience! The staff are extremely helpful and kind. There are nice touches with the "magic water" at check-in and a lock to personalize and add to the gate at check-out. It's very close to the beach where families swim, close to shopping, dining, and an easy walk to the pier. There are a lot of steps to and from and it's on a relatively steep road, so if you have mobility issues it's probably not for you. But for others, it's a very sweet location.

The sweetest friendliest staff who truly make you feel welcome and unique. The hotel is beautiful and colorful, they greet you with a tequila shot and send you away with a lock to add to their gate. Restaurants nearby are so delicious, the beach is super close, and I felt safe the whole time.

Such an awesome place! Everything was perfect throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. Carlos was an excellent host, and Eva was an amazing bartender. Close to everything Zona Romantica has to offer. I promise you will love staying here.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Maria. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean, with strong AC! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially their amazing bartender, Ava. We felt very much at ease and taken care of. Excellent location in walking distance to the beach, food, and the delights of Zona Romantica. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you want an adults only place.

Wonderful location. Cute pool. The water pressure of the shower was about 1/4 power. Did not change with stay. The water pressure stayed low regardless of time of day, how many others were showering, whether cold was added in, etc. overall, still fabulous place to stay. This was my 6th time at the casa Maria. I plan to stay again the next time in puerto Vallarta. The staff are kind and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable to the local area. The hotel is clean, safe, and centrally located.

Our stay at Casa Maria was okay. The service was excellent (with the exception of one woman) and the location is fantastic (just up the street from the Pier). The pool was also great. However, the internet was very slow (we weren't able to do zoom calls), the TV never worked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, and our room smelled like sewage so badly one day we weren't able to be in there. We also didn't realize that our stay included pastries and coffee from the panadería until our 2nd to last day because no one informed us of this. The next hotel we stayed in was about half the price, included a full breakfast, and had a large room with a very comfortable bed. Knowing that we could stay somewhere nicer for cheaper in this area, we probably wouldn't stay here again.
