I liked the service and the area surrounding the hotel . The beach is close by and accessible . Lots of great restaurants nearby. Only negative thing , is that once youre in the hotel theres not a lot of direction has to where everything is … pool … gym….what the restaurant offers.. ect. Lack of info to the guests.

n'est clairement pas un 3 étoiles
Nous avons fait ce voyage en famille. La chambre n’était pas prêtes alors que nous sommes arrivé âpres 15h00 et lorsque nous avons eu notre chambre les sanitaires était salle. Notre chambre était très mal placer puisque devant la salle de gym donc bruyante. L’hôtel n'a pas rempli son contrat vis a vis de notre offre vip silver. nous l'avons signaler à l'hotel et hotel.com mais cela n'a strictement rien changé. Les petits déjeuner son hors de prix pour le pays nous vous conseillons vivement de déjeuner ailleurs pour au minimum la moitié du prix. Les lits double sont minuscule 1m40/2m10. toute fois le personnel est agréable. L’hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles nous en avons été globalement déçus

Les lits doubles sont beaucoup trop petit et les femmes de ménage ne remettent jamais les serviettes après leurs passages donc obligé de descendre à la réception pour en récupérer. L’emplacement est très bien

On a beaucoup aimé le dévouement du personnel et leur bonne humeur. Mais, l’insonorisation de cet établissement est tellement faible qu’on entendait parler les voisins de chambre. La piscine avec ses tuiles foncées n’est pas attirante et de plus,le fond était glissant,sans doute un manque de chlore. La garde pour descendre dans la piscine n’était pas bien fixée. L’eau du lavabo sentait très mauvais. Pour ces raisons nous n’y retournerons pas.

Hallways , room doors are old dirty and deteriorated, reception staff are really rude . Have no manners . When we arrived a young man don’t remember his name had no customer skills like he was still on training . I called front desk on our 4th night for more toilet paper and they question me why did I need more toilet paper . Are you serious ? After our 4th night only 2 of us . The reception staff needs to get better training , get customer skills , they’re the front of the house . No smiles at all . Makes customer feel unwelcome.

Simple Quaint Hotel Near Shopping
Stayed last minute when our flight was cancelled through Sun Country. This hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport and was a good price! The mall surrounding was nice when I ran out of clean clothes by the last day of our trip.

La Isla is an island both literally and figuratively. The mall is built around an actual island. The mall has shade and combined with the moat and fountains keeps the area cool and refreshing. And figuratively it is an island of el Norte wealth and order, a nice rest from the often ramshackle nature of Mexican cities. The hotel is great. A very nice desayuno buffet, great staff with little perks for guests here and there. Not far from a great beach and good shopping.

It is a nice hotel BUT confusing to find the actual entrance. Entrance is in the middle of the shopping center with hard to see sinage!

Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay.
Friendly check in and luggage attendant. The food buffet looked impressive, although we didn’t indulge. The shopping center was convenient. Free validated parking.

Great stay. Room clean, bed amazing. Wish staff spoke better English as it was difficult getting questions answered. Hot tubs often closed and too cold.

The staff were prompt to act. The location was convenient and safe. It wouldn't break tge hotel's bank account to provide daily coffee in the room. We stayed six days and apparently they only provide coffee on Day 1!!!!
