The location is remote but if you like quiet, comfortable with nice beach this is your place. Just note not many places to eat within walking distance so having a car is a good idea.

Amazing view of the marina, the condo have everything you find in a five star hotel or resort. Top quality furnishers. Amenities were excellent, the golf course was out of this world. Can't wait to go back.

Very nice environment and very comfortable! The service was also good. The apartment is very close to the beach (5 min walk). Overall, a good experience.

Es una de los escapes romanticos mas bonitos que he tenido. Me encanto la privacidad y la atmosfera de paz que se respira en el entorno. Los paisajes son espectaculares y la naturaleza y su diversidad, ni hablar. El Condo esta de lo mas chic y muy bien equipado.

Simply the best!!!

We were staying in this Condo last November - the place exceeded our expectations - bright, modern, beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved a great patio overlooking the marina... Swimming pool area and an amazing beach is only short walk away (2 mins)... and you feel like you are in paradise... Hopefully we will have a chance to stay in this condo again.

Amazing!

My family and I had a very nice stay, it was our second time renting this apartment! The place is perfect for my family of 6, plenty of space for everyone and the fishing boat is right out the back door! The beaches and pools didn't disappoint this time either! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable stay at Cap Cana! It was also a pleasant surprise that some of the restaurants and shops were open, despite the pandemic!

Perfect Punta Cana

We arrived and were pleasantly surprized by the quality of furnishings provided in this unit. We really liked the harbour view of the boats. It was one of the best VRBO suites we have ever stayed in. Cap Cana is a high quality project with lots of attention to detail. We were treated like loyalty and would recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a five star and beyond accommodation for your next vacation.

Great Vacation

My stay was met with a warm welcome by an excellent staff/management. The condo home is well kept. Comfortable, clean and cozy. Everything I needed was there in the home. Great location. Restaurants and Super Market only a few minutes driving distance which is really convenient. Great location, great staff and great condominium. A true home away from home. I will definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.

Very beautiful and well equipped. Just as described except the views from porch was better!!

Had a wonderful week and went fishing with a boat parked 20 yards from porch. Caught fish and cooked in several times. Rent a car for sure and go to grocery in village for all you need.

SIMPLY PERFECT

Three weeks in this beautiful appartment was not enough. Everything from tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen and PEACE and Quiet, was exactly as stated and more. Johnny and manager Francisco are king and gracious host, there attention to detail are reflected thoughout the property. I can not imagine why anyone would choose to stay in a hotel when they could be in this serene paradise. First time in Punta Cana , but not the last! Many thanks Johnny

July 17th - 20th

We had a large group of friends rent a house by the beach club. My wife and I could not go for the entire week, so it didn't make sense to stay with everyone else in the house. We rented Johnny's condo for three nights. Accomodations are better than the pictures. Definetely exceeded our expectations. Professionally run outfit, check in/check out very easy. We will rent the same condo on our next visit.

We stayed at Johnny's spot in the Dominican Republic (Cap Cana) and could not have been happier. It was ideal for a quiet and romantic get-a-way. The weather, beach, pool, condo, and food were all great! Our concierge, Francisco was more than accommodating, spoke good English, and was very personable. We were pleased from the time we arrived until dropped back off at the airport. We hope to return for another trip back in the future. Lastly, everything was better than the pictures illustrate. Thank you Johnny for opening up your place to us!

The stay at this condo was spectacular!! The condo was exactly as pictured... The pictures do not do it justice!! If you are looking for a place to have peace and quit and escape from the hustle and bustle of the town... This is the place for you! It is very lonely not much to do in the cap cana conmunity but this was perfect for myself and three children!! It was absolutely safe and being safe and have the serenity and peace and quiet is just what we were looking for and got

Beautiful!

This home is exactly as pictured. I took my husband and parents (1st time in the Dominican Republic) and upon entering this home they were in awe. So much better than staying in an hotel. Beautiful view of the marina, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Area has its own private beach and 2 pools. Wish we could had stayed longer. Take advantage of the in house massage and Chef in house (recommend Chef Manuel). They also provide airport transfers for a nominal fee. Doribel Jimenez is your point of contact for this.
