Mon séjour à cet hôtel a été tout simplement parfait J'ai été agréablement surpris par le service à la clientèle exceptionnel et le confort absolu que j'ai trouvé ici. Chaque membre du personnel était chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à répondre à mes besoins. De plus, la chambre était impeccablement propre et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quiconque recherche une expérience mémorable et sans souci."

Contact excellent et réactif + très grande honêtet
Nous avions une escale à Montréal et notre vol a été annulé et reporté au lendemain. Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de notre réservation. J'ai prévenu notre hôtel qui m'a répondu aussitôt que nous n'avions pas à nous en faire. J'ai beaucoup apprécié que, alors que nous étions en dehors des délais pour annuler, il n'a pas prélevé la nuitée. De plus, chaque fois que j'envoyais un message, j'ai toujours eu une réponse très rapide et très détaillée. Je ne peux, naturellement, pas donner un avis sur l'hôtel en lui même, mais je tenais à remercier grandement l'hôtel pour sa qualité d'échange et d'honnêteté

Los empleados muy amables, y su localidad muy accesibles a muchos comercios y cercanos a muchas atraccione. Vi que era un sitio seguro aunque el GPS me enviaba por muchos callejones o atajos que me dio un poco de miedo , pero nunca pase un susto. Entiendo que el area es segura . Podria considerarlo de nuevo quedarme ahi.

I needed a place to stay for 1 night before I could go to my resort and this place was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean, very HELPFUL staff, great restaurant onsite which includes a free buffet breakfast and they prebooked transportation from the airport for me. Im so pleased with the customer service. What a great first impression to welcome me to Punta Cana

Nice small hotel. The room are small but comfortable with full size fridge and stove. The restaurant on site was good. It offers Dominican tres golpe breakfast, American and French breakfast. Very friendly staff

Ok motel for budget stay. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave me a motorcycle ride to catch the bus to Santo Domingo at 5.30 AM.

No hot water! So very noisy all night. Cheap. Has a roof you can go and chill on. Best restaurant connected to it. People are friendly.
