Welcome to magnificent Villa Waterfall - a 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom retreat inside the gated Cocotal Golf & Country Club, about 25 minutes by car from Punta Cana International Airport. It’s modern, spacious, and genuinely private, and built for families or groups who want a home instead of a hotel room, with daily maid service and the option to add a private chef.

THE SPACE

Cocotal is one of the most sought-after addresses in Punta Cana - a secure, gated golf community famous for its tranquility and lush landscaping.

Inside the villa, you get an open-concept layout with high ceilings, large windows, and a signature indoor waterfall feature you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Step outside to your private pool and BBQ area, right by the villa’s entrance, or gather everyone around the dining table, which seats 12.

Each of the 6 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and 5 with queen beds) has its own en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and views of the golf course - except the 6th bedroom, which looks out onto the garden instead.

Cooling is built in: wall and ceiling vents plus ceiling fans throughout, with no bulky external units to work around. On top of the 7 full en-suite bathrooms, there’s a half-bath just for guests near the common areas.

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything you need to cook for the group, or arrange our optional private chef service in advance for a completely stress-free stay.

COCOTAL GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

As our guest, you’ll have access to the community’s shared facilities: the 27-hole golf course (extra fee), the clubhouse restaurant and bar, community pools, and landscaped walking and sports areas. A golf cart can be rented on request for an extra fee.

Access to the neighboring Meliá Resort is not included and isn’t part of your stay. Within the complex itself, there’s also a small grocery store, a coffee shop, a restaurant, and tennis courts - and Bávaro Beach is a short drive away.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS

Cocotal is a controlled-access community, so we’ll ask you to send copies of all guests’ passports or IDs before arrival to arrange access and complete registration. Security may also ask for ID on your first entry.

Expecting visitors during your stay? Just let us know in advance so we can register them; visitor access can be processed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
