Electricity Policy:
Please note that to encourage conscious energy use, up to $7 USD of electricity per day is included in your stay, which is more than sufficient for normal use.
However, ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent.
The cost of this service will depend on each guest's usage during their stay, with an approximate cost of US$0.35 per kW.
Any extra consumption beyond the daily $7 USD credit will be charged to the guest upon check-out.

Please note that there are two locked areas reserved for the Airbnb owner and not accessible to guests:
• One locked closet/storage area inside the master bedroom
• One locked storage compartment within a piece of furniture in the living room
